Had everything I needed at a reasonable price. Haven't been able to fault them for years. Some things can be slightly more expensive than other places but not too much, but you've got great service, good quality products and they're on your doorstep so the few extra pence is worth the shorter travel so the fuel savings cover that slight extra cost. Sometimes they'll even try to order things in if they don't stock them.
Totally worth it in my opinion.

What a wonderful shop, just like shops used to be years ago, the staff are so helpful and eager to please, nothing is to much trouble. Very good coffee shop again with staff eager to please the customer.

What a store. It's massive & crammed with all the hardware, decorating , gardening, Christmas & a multitude of tools, kitchen ware etc, etc, etc. It's mind blowing. Well worth a trip.

This is a traditional hardware and garden store with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It has everything you'd expect and some very beautiful and unusual homeware.

This place is the ultimate man cave for DIY. If you need it, forget the chain stores: This has everything from power tools, mowers to chainsaws and hand tools, screws and random tools you never knew you needed. Need electrical cable of any size, it's here. And their advise is second to none. Lots of staff happy to help. Not many old school stores left. This is definitely one to make the most of.

Mower broke, so made a late dash to Masseys. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Arrived Saturday at 4.30 pm so only 30 mins to closing but did not hesitate to help and advise. The gents went above and beyond to assist with purchase and loading, way past closing time. Thank you. Proper customer service 👌
