Today I visited Paul’s wines
The lady in the shop (apologies I forgot her name) was fantastic.
Excellent customer service
She helped me with a key query and
She also informed me of all the that the shop has to offer.
I will be back for sure and sharing how wonderful this shop and service is.

Great lady who runs this shop so helpfull friendly and considerate got my £66 voucher from scottish power was told paypoint or post-office went post-office they said they don't do it!? but this lady does thank god ! she's got my custom now also does parcels as well and free cashpoint who needs the post-office!

Huge shout out to Mandy! She went above and beyond to help me with a parcel that wouldn’t go through on the machine. She could have just turned me away but she didn’t. I can’t thank you enough as I was on the edge with a house move and a toddler 🤪
