I forgot I had removed my card from my wallet earlier and didn't have it with me to pay, this being after the Store Manager on duty had swiped through all my items. He very kindly held them for me whilst I went back to retrieve my card, super polite and went the extra mile. I've shopped here for years and it's always impressed, I felt this occassion warranted an expression of gratitude and the best I can think of is a positive review (sorry I can't remember the store managers name).

A special thank u to the staff of this store for unconditionally working round the clock in times of crisis to ensure that customers like me get our shopping done without much hassle. A special thank u to Mr. Tom who not only helped me shop but also helped me carry the bags as I was struggling to do this myself with a young child. Keep up the great work guys!!

Ive lived above the store for 2 years now and enter daily, Id like to thank the team here for the high level of customer service they have maintained throughout this time and the friendly atmosphere they emit.
