Around a 1000 motorcycles celebrating the history of British motorcycle manufacturers. All beautifully restored. You can spend hours here. Good prices in cafe and plenty of free parking.

Absolutely fascinating collection of British motorcycle history. From the first to modern classic on display. Both nostalgic and educational. Coffee shop and shop for use without an entry fee. Spend a couple of hours up to all day if studying something in particular. Wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible. Regular seating rest stops also available.

What a great experience! Our guide was so knowledgeable on all levels, he knew the answer to every question & more. I'm not very technical but he explained production processes at a level that I understood. I learned so much. The memorabilia section was also interesting & to finish the day we enjoyed a lovely coffee & cake in their coffee shop. A great afternoon.

Decent cafe limited food but hot tea and sausage roll. Shop could be better have more framed pictures and Nicnaks. 5 Halls of bikes all amazing. Car electric charging points are expensive per KW.

I only called into the cafe which is open to the public. Inside display of bikes is smaller as they do some alterations but the ones there are varied and very well restored.
Café is well worth a visit, not too expensive and portion size is good.
I know I will visit again but what about you?

Great motorcycle collection and a great day out, the kids enjoyed it but there could do with more stuff to do there for kids including an outdoor play area. All those beautiful ground there and no one’s allowed to go on them not even on the hottest of days. Also unlike other museums there was no provision for a carers or PAs admission ticket. Surely it’s time now to be more inclusive & work with our future generations.

A great, modern museum, ideal for all motorcycle enthusiasts, the staff here are very welcoming and helpful, the bikes on show range from very recent to ancient and are arranged very well giving comfortable viewing. There is a restaurant/cafe, which is very reasonably priced and rest rooms.

Attached to the museum building is a large conference centre, which was very busy on the day I visited.
There is very large free carpark that serves both the museum and the conference centre. That has blue badge parking spaces close to both entrances, that also accommodates wheelchair access.

Beautiful exposition, I've never seen so many BSA motorcycles in one place. Classic British Motorcycle heaven.
Car park big and clean easy access from motorway.
Building spacious with nice coffee- bar,
Toilets clean and in order.
Entry to museum £15 per person.
Experience priceless. If you are a motorcycle fan, this is a place you Must visit.

The Museum had lots of motorcycles from many different eras and manufacturers. Each model had some written information about it and covered 5 halls. Saw some very interesting versions of bikes.
The cafe, whilst relatively basic was clean and the tomato soup we ordered for lunch with a roll, had some good flavour.
To top it all off, there were some EV charge points nearby as well.

Learned a lot by visiting.

We spent only 1:45 here, frankly, due to my lack of knowledge of British marques. Otherwise, I'm sure the impressive assembly of motorcycles would take twice the time to study over.

Don't go looking for BMWs and Hondas.

Remarkable museum with the most stunning collection of British made motorcycles spanning more than 100 years! Even single build and Triumph prototypes are on view. Truly an impressive collection and a must see for motorcycle enthusiasts!

Wonderful museum. Although i feel it could be good to display unique 19th century models better then shoving them to sides and corners, while putting dozens of sameish models from late 20th century in the middle of the halls.

1st visit to the museum, I'm sure it will not be the last. We found it very informative of years gone by and such an array of motorcycles over the 5 halls.
Brought back many memories of my husbands time doing competitions in the 1960s

Visited the conference centre for PPMA awards evening dinner. Lovely spacious place with lovely food and facilities. Disappointing the museum was closed as a walk around before dinner would have been lovely.

Shame that they always run out of food when they have shows on and they should open the upstairs restaurant back up so much more room and better selection of food. Where they have it now they hire young people who just stand there chatting away to each other even when there's about 6/7 people waiting to be served. It's as tho they can't be bothered to serve you think it needs a shake up in there plus a big place like that and they DON'T have any cash points why ?
