Was here for our sales kick off. Reception service was exceptional, let down by the bar some of the bar staff.
Food was good and impressed how they serviced all of us at the same time.
Great views and only comment is that some corridors going to my room smelt a bit off. Musky and damp
But overall nice stay.

Fire and Ice treatment was great - warmly ( pardon the pun) welcomed by Min .

Food service and quality of food was impressive

Room very clean and facilities good.

Very expensive drinks however and we awaited our room after the advised arrival time - therefore were presented with complimentary drinks and an upgraded room- which was very welcome.

The whole place was heaving with people enjoying themselves- I suspect this was the reason for the lateness of several customers gaining entry to their overnight accommodation.

Overall a lovely stay

Fantastic Spa day, the largest Spa I've been to with different experiences to enjoy including the fire and ice experience which you get a timed slot for so it doesn't get too busy. We all had fantastic treatments and enjoyed the afternoon tea, although this was very busy and we had to wait a little while. Highly recommend the Spa.

We had a lovely stay at The Belfry. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view with a patio area. In particular, James from reception was super attentive during our stay. He made sure our room was to the best standard and showed us where the amenities were such as the spa and various restaurants. He truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning again for another stay.

Just home after a lovely spa day which included a back massage & facial which were both fabulous. A great afternoon tea & a lovely fire & ice experience. All the staff were really nice & we'll certainly be back, great value for money. Thank you.

My recent stay at The Belfry Hotel and Resort for a company kick-off was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable, and the catering exceeded my expectations at every meal; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delightful culinary experiences.

While my room was a tad on the small side and felt a bit stuffy at times, it was impeccably clean, with daily rounds of cleaning ensuring a comfortable stay. The inclusion of a Dyson fan was a thoughtful touch, and I appreciated the noise-proofing, which allowed for peaceful nights despite the bustling surroundings.

During my stay, I had the opportunity to partake in activities like mini-golf and the driving range, which added an element of fun to my experience. However, as someone not particularly passionate about golf, I found myself growing weary after a while.

The resort's secluded location offers a peaceful retreat, yet there's plenty happening within the expansive grounds. With ample parking available and signs of further expansion, it's evident that The Belfry is committed to providing guests with an exceptional experience.

What do you expect when you visit The Belfry. Great attenative staff. Facilities top draw. The restaurant, evening menu and breakfast were great.
My only drawback. The rooms should have net curtains as well. When you draw the curtains back your room is fully exposed.
Not too end on a negative. The evening entertainment was fantastic, life band who were great.

Amazing! We had a lovely time with the kids, so much to do for both adults and children. My 9 and 13 year old didn't want to leave - the breakfast and grill - both nights were amazing! The pool was nice, go carting was great, and the grounds are beautiful. The family room is spacious, although the sofa bed isn't very comfortable and the heating didn't work, so it was very cold. Staff was very friendly and attentive - I even want to learn how to golf ⛳ after being here. Had a lovely time - we'll be back.

A nice stay with work, the room was in a little offshoot of the main hotel, it was showing a few signs of needing a refresh, but very spacious, quiet and had everything you could need.

Great grounds, good parking and nice helpful staff

Our first overnight stay at The Belfry. Celebrating my birthday we had the buffet, breakfast, used the spa facilities and late night drinks in the bar. The live music was great. Even had a VIP room as no seats were left due to how busy it was. The food was amazing, friendly staff and the service was good. The whole hotel and bedroom was clean and presentable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a stay.

Visited for a spa day with a friend. Facilities were great - large pool, a couple of jacuzzis, sauna, and steam room - and the staff were attentive. It felt very busy, particularly for a weekday, and the pool was crowded.
Had a lovely back massage and facial, followed by afternoon tea. The Fire & Ice Experience was a nice extra - lots of hot and cold rooms which took around an hour to move round.

Went for a spa break with a friend in between Christmas & New Year. Hotel was packed but handled really well. All staff were friendly and helpful and lots of them. Hotel interior was to a very high standard. The pool area was really busy which wasn't great but to be expected.

The spa experience was fantastic lovely spa lounge and facial was soo relaxing. Highly recommend. We had dinner and breakfast and both delicious. Reminded me of a Disney or Alton Towers hotel lovely family vibe.

Had a Spa experience, overnight stay and the 3 course buffet. The treatment, fire and ice experience and leisure facilities were incredible, the staff throughout the hotel could not have been any more hospitable. The buffet dinner had an amazing array of choice and the breakfast was one of the best ‘help yourself’ breakfasts I’ve ever had ! Incredible value for money.

Easy to find, plenty of parking and well presented. Obviously a plus if you like your golf but still a great hotel if you don't. Staff are welcoming and service was generally good.

The afternoon was really good and the staff were very helpful. Demi especially 🍸 lastly the fire and ice experience was a perfect way to end a lovely relaxing day.

Beautiful spa that we visited today. They treat you all with so much respect and it's absolutely fantastic service the whole time you're there. Would definitely come back again in the future and highly recommended if you want to be truly spoilt.

We had an overnight stay last weekend and had a great time. Spacious bars and dining areas and the food was excellent in all areas. Oh, and the boys enjoyed their golf!

Held my son’s first birthday party in one of the smaller function rooms & can honestly say the event was exceptional, the Operations Manager (Hector) was absolutely fantastic on the day, he and his team were attentive, helpful and very time efficient. All our family and friends had nothing but amazing reviews to give us, as did we!

We also stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and while the room was great, we were put inbetween a bridal party which got a little noisy at night, that added with the noise from the Belair bar was a little challenging but otherwise the hospitality and service throughout was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Amazing resort however room was average for the hotel. Service on the other hand was brilliant every employee had a smile on their face. Conference rooms were lovely as we had a whole day event there.

We booked a last minute night at the Belfry and we really enjoyed it. Rooms are clean, the staff are attentive and you can either eat from the menu or buffet. I wouldn’t usually choose a buffet as I’m fussy but they offered something for everyone and food was good quality.
We used the spa facilities and they were lovely too, it was quiet when we went in around 7pm.
They had entertainment on in the bar which was very good and something for everyone. It’s Christmas season so it was busy but we felt we got a very good quality of service.
The only thing is the drinks are very expensive at £20 a double w/mixer but you find this at most hotels.
We would stay here again and recommend for a nice quick break.
