Amazing as ever. I remember when you had to be a tradesman to have an account with Screwfix. I have shopped with them for over 20 years. Times have changed and it's a shame that they are owned by someone else as that dictates the prices. That being said, I have always had great service from Wolverhampton Screwfix and that's why I keep going back.

Used click and collect. Ordered, within 5 minutes item was ready. Lovely friendly service. The queue system protected everyone brilliantly! Very pleased. Covid precaution done right!

Decently priced on all of their stock & excellent quality products too. Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable too. Nothing is too much within reason. Don't take the mikey & they will do their best to help.

Really friendly staff here. Out of all the Screwfix Outlets i have used, this is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff all have lovely manners and are proactive both in improving customer relations and knowledge and feedback on their products and tools.

I found the branch at a quick internet search for services in the area. When i arrived at the branch, Kieran came across very welcoming, courteous, polite, professional and understood our needs.

I felt so comfortable with him and not at unease. Also a big shout out to Conor who is always remaining professional but also can have a laugh. I feel the service is more tailored as a friend from the individuals. I now use the Wolverhamton Branch for all my needs.

In particular, I was impressed by Screwfix as Kieran went above and beyond out of his way to help me. He has also given me ideas and helped me to achieve my desired outcome for my job’s.
