Lovely store and super helpful staff - I always use this store.

Today we were having a bit of a bad day and some troubles with a return, but we were fortunate enough to have the manager Chris nearby to give us a hand. He helped us with our query despite it taking some time and he had a smile on his face the entire time, even with the store being quite busy and having lots of other things to do.

Thank you Chris, it’s truly people like you who make the difference in the world of retail. We had a horrific experience at The Range on the other side of the retail park prior to coming, so you are really appreciated!

The best B&M store going in my opinion. The Autumn collection was now out and was huge. Great selection and the whole shop is neat and tidy, and well thought out. The Customer Service from the young man on the till was great too. We’ll definitely travel to this store in the future now.

You get a great bargain, lots of parking space.

Fairly large supermarket with range of items on display. Situated inside the Range Group environment. Share common car park with other supermarkets with disable accessibility. Prices are reasonably tagged.

You will find here a lot of usefull things at a great, fair price 👍

Very friendly staff and great produxt range and prixea. Unfortunately, the shop has been very hot during the heat wave, so hopefully they can sort out the air conditioning to make it a more pleasant shopping experience.

Good size store, plenty of everything from food to diy/decorating, home decor, toiletries, gardening items, pet accessories and food.
This store is definitely worth a visit if you are nearby. I've been in a good few times and normally get what I need, also nice to have a browse around especially Christmas time all the decorations are out in full force always nice to see.

Just want to say a huge thanks of appreciation to the the store manager today who offered to carry an electric BBQ I bought today from the Loughborough store. Both she and the man who served me at the till were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service with a smile. Thank you to you both. Top service!

Staff here are always perky and helpful, someones always doing something. Well managed and organised store. And the staff seem happy which reflects on the service they give. Shelves can sometimes be a bit lacking but im assuming thats the popularity of the shop and how fast items sometimes dissapear off the shelf. Always some real bargains to be had, the only downfall is you really do always go in for a couple if items and come out having overspent and brought additional things you never thought you needed or wanted 🤣

I do love this place. It sells bits of everything. You can find loads of items to revamp your home, bed clothes and dress up for kids, garden ornaments, beauty and loads more. The only down side i would say is i would be very careful purchasing electrical items like lamps: Bulbs blow in them every few days even when they are sold for childrens rooms. It doesn't matter what quality or price bulb you purchase so it must be the lamps themselves.
Parking is great with disabled parking too.

Good system in place for c-19 arrangements. staff helpful when asked for face masks located near till. Card payments preferred. First time in this store but will go again in future even though dislike shopping on personal level i needed a few bits.
