Great place to pick up prescriptions and personal needs items. Fast, friendly and professional. Every time we have gone in, they had what we needed and quickly retrieved our prescriptions. Even on Sundays they are open and you can pick up your Rx !
Even on short notice, they deliver !

Outstanding service today. The doctor had accidentally issued the prescription to a place 350 miles away. The pharmacist called that pharmacy and sorted everything out to transfer the prescription to Alnwick. Even called us back once sorted so we could go back to collect. She's someone who you should employ and promote. Deserves praise from management of Boots.

Bought a snack and a drink. Super friendly pharmacy staff. Enjoyed how easy was to purchase and to walk through the shelves. A face mask has been required and a hand sanitizer was easily found at the entrance of the pharmacy. Very clean inside.

I was searching for a product that I couldn't find. I asked the lady at the till if she could help. She told me she could order it on boots.com and could have it delivered to home or to a store of my choice. Very helpful, fast and efficient I will shop here again.
