Having just spent weeks in hospital, came to M&S to look around and buy clothes. The cafe was closed due to a flood. Unable to stand for long the ladies in the cafe offered me a seat and some water. What great service. Thank you very much ladies. 5 star service.

I visited the food hall here and Rio was so helpful and friendly with what I needed to find and she checked me out on the till which was amazing and convenient! Thanks so much will definitely come again!

Really big store and also has a food court, thr food court is abit small but can still get all you need, if you like sushi their is a fresh sushi counter, and also have hot food section and deli section.
The have a large cloths and home section and also a cosmetics section and a click and collect department.

I went for the bra fitting service with my sister and then brought my elderly mum in too . The lady was so kind and helpful with us all consistently and really knew her job well . Sorry don’t remember her name but she was slim with short dark hair . A lovely lady . We were all happy with our choices too . Please give her a pay rise !

Absolutely wonderful experience with Victoria, she was so helpful during my bra fitting. She then took me to the bra section to show the certain types of bras. Money very well spent on my purchases that fit perfectly. Thank you for all your help Victoria.

If there was ever an M&S to visit, it would be this one! It's super tidy, so spacious, and quiet whenever I've been. The staff are helpful. It's lovely to visit for stress free shopping. And has the food court, too. Love coming here.

Superb service from Bev, this must be the 5th suit I have bought from M&S and somehow Bev seems to always be there to look after my family, her advice and knowledge is so valuable.

Had a great experience shopping there yesterday. Liz on the till helped me with my gift cards. I didn't know the balances and she took the time to put in amounts and I was able to purchase my goods saving me a great deal of money. Excellent customer service

Very nice spacious store, with a very good supermarket, and restaurant, we like quite a lot of their food products, which can't always be found in the garage franchises, what you can't get here, you will get in the huge tesco next door

A very large store with just about anything M&S sells to buy here. Has a very nice food hall and coffee shop. Everything on one floor, so great for wheelchairs. Staff are great and store is clean and fresh at all times ☺

Great big M&S, clothes section, Home Section, bakery, coffee, huge parking space.

This M +S is the largest I've visited. It's bright and really clean. I visited the food hall where they have rotisserie chicken and salads in the deli area. I was impressed with the Cafe as well. But it can get busy at times. The food ordered came quickly and the prices were reasonable. The clothes and other goods section are fair, good quality but limited choice and some of the items I feel are little expensive. Gave it 5* because of the overall experience and the food taste great.

Went shopping here with my mum. Parked right outside. Visited the cafe which was busy but clean and we enjoyed sandwiches and cake. Shop itself was fairly quiet but that allowed us to move around freely and check out new lines. With our sparks cards we got 20% off (birthday reward) off clothing, beauty & homeward and also a few bargains in the food section. Enjoyable afternoon out. Friendly staff.

This branch has the best selection of produce & clothing being one of the largest in the area. Quiet mid week and always easy to park. Cafe serves a range of hot & cold drinks, breakfast, snacks and a good selection of cakes. Disabled & baby change toilets in store. Staff here are very friendly & helpful. Trolleys are free.

Large M&S with clothing/shoe departments for all members of the family and good-sized changing rooms.
There is a small amount of furniture/household items, cards and wrapping papers, as well as a well-stocked food hall, and a great restaurant/cafe where you can just have coffee and cake, or a full meal. There are also toilets in the restaurant area.
The staff here are very helpful and friendly, and the payment desks well-staffed so the queue to pay is never too long.
The parking is free and there is a petrol station in the complex along with many other popular shops.

The cafe were not long from closing but accommodated us non the less, even pointing out which hot foods they had left to make ordering easier.

It was quite enjoyable as crowds were noticeably missing and the stock could be viewed and reviewed in comfort. The children's offerings were attractively presented and I even viewed some of the men's wear favourable. However we were there for the excellent selection of cards, followed by a successful 'raid' on the food hall.

Always love coming to this M&S. The beauty section is my favourite! Maria has been so helpful the past few weeks! Spent a lot but so worth it!

Parking is easy with plenty for disabled & children. , staff are very helpful and nice, there's a small restaurant with seating inside & out. It's not a massive store which I think makes it more manageable and it has wheeled shopping trolleys so you don't have to lug shopping around. There's so a bra fitting service and you can ring and ask for different sizes/colours etc from the bra or regular fitting room. Finally it's in the Brookfield centre which has a massive Tesco , Boots and some other shops in a separate area.

Nice signage during the pandemic and the store is so empty you would have thought it wasn't open...
