ibis London Elstree Borehamwood

Brilliant location for a day out in London. Tube station just down the road. Hotel lovely, no issues. Breakfast tasty and filling. We chose the hotel because of the free parking. All major supermarkets nearby and lovely town with lots of takeaways.

Will definitely stay again

I stayed for the match of Man City Women v Arsenal at Meadow park. It was very close to the stadium and easy to get to the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. All the staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean and had everything I needed.

These guys have been outstanding. I have an expectation of receiving the service I've paid for but the team have gone above and beyond. We had a bit of a mishap with one of our phones and not only were the staff sympathetic and empathic but they also sorted the situation quickly. We are so impressed - thanks to Stevan and the rest of the staff ❤

Once again the team have made it a pleasure to come in after a long day at work. Sharon and Lucia were at the desk in reception with a welcoming smile and a friendly chat. When I got in my room Maria had been in and cleaned, but not only had she cleaned it beautifully, I was in a mad rush this morning and I didn’t have the time to tidy up. So to come in to find that Maria had taken the time to put my things away neatly is definitely above and beyond. So a very big thank you to Maria.

Well I've had several great stays here and can honestly say it's been a pleasure 🙏 Marc has been helpful along with the rest of the team. Never left standing at reception for ages like the Premier Inn.

I cannot express enough, my appreciation for Cal at the bar. Made me the best hot toddy. Not on the menu, but a magician with the measures. I must also congratulate the friendly service from Mark in reception. Both guys couldn't do enough. Bravo!

I am very grateful to the lovely service staff AURA, who cleaned my room daily to everyone's satisfaction.
Hygiene is the most important point after I go when it comes to hotel bookings.

The room was tight for space but had everything we needed. Good shower. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to find and has lots of nearby open air parking. Two EV charge points right outside the door.

Always a great stay. Quiet, wonderful staff, good parking, and Maria keeps the place spotless. Always feel very safe staying here.

Comfortable good-size room, decent food choice and service . I was particularly impressed with helpful and friendly staff. All-round good value

I was amazed by the housekeeping staff being so kind.
There was Maria with a big smile asking if I need anything.
There was Irina who guided me to recharge my key at the reception (she didn’t let me in my room for safety reasons which is very good and thank you for that).
This place it’s amazing and I will definitely come back.

The cleaning lady was so sympathetic and charismatic when I was checking out - please tip her, guys - her name is Aurelia.

Overall, the atmosphere is great. And legally responsible re. Safeguard of children and data protection. Their food smells delicious but haven’t eaten there though prices are sensible.

Unfortunately I was in a rush so I haven’t taken photos but trust me, I had warm sweet dreams, worth staying.

A great place to stay that is close to all the amenities. Easy access to central London from the train station (10min walk from home). Lots of shops on the high street to eat local and a supermarket across the road from the hotel. A lewisite centre right next door to the hotel. Hotel itself is quiet, cleaned and the rooms are big with a desk. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay for a week.
Spotless room, bathroom and bed.
Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, there coffee and tea top up daily.
This place is absolutely amazing well organised by the housekeeping manager.
Located in good area close to train station, shops are closed so I really recommend this place.

Stayed here for Christmas as our family lives near by but with baby and our dog it was too much to stay at home. Super handy to be able to bring our dog and he was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful, shout-out to Lim on reception who took care of us the whole time. As budget hotels go it really is a gooden, love the 24 hour menu and friendly staff and good vibe in the bar / reception. Only downfall is probs the room is pretty small if you're coming with a baby just in terms of stuff everywhere and space to prepare bottles etc, but I suppose the hotel isn't really made for that reason and the bed isn't that comfy. Otherwise though for an easy and convenient place to stay when you're needing to be near family or working at the studios, defo recommend! The WhatsApp service to speak to reception is great too!

Excellent service from Justyna who waived the early check-in charge due to us having paid a high nightly rate. We were very grateful for this! All staff we interacted with from reception, to restaurant and bar, to cleaning staff were genuinely friendly, efficient and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious, as was the lunch we had in the restaurant, and the 24 hour bar and restaurant were so welcome after Strictly!

I haven't stayed at an Ibis before but will again based on my experience at this hotel.

Our stay was really good. I am working in Stanmore and brought my lads to stay at this hotel. And it was really good. All the staff are extremely helpful and very easy to get along with. We had such a great time there. I will be using this hotel until my work project has completed.

This is my second time staying with ibis in Elstree Borehamwood and it’s a lovely place. The location is quite tranquil. The breakfast is amazing. It’s an all you can eat buffet. The service is amazing, Lucia and Apple have such a great personality and very good costumer service. The beds are comfortable and the restaurants and bar are 24/7 wow! Highly recommend

Hey, we booked two rooms at ibis hotel and tbh the rooms were both clean and refreshing although the toilets were not spacey enough yet they were very clean.
For breakfast we met Apple who solely served everyone with buffet facilities. All I would say is she was the best in the building with kind heart, she served us and all in the cafe with warm kindness.
Overall it was a great experience.

Lovely hotel at a convenience location, staffs are friendly and helpful! Especially Lim n Apple! Helps a lot on the check in n luggages storage! Will definitely come again!!
