This feedback is about the Welwyn John Lewis store. I shopped there today with a relative who has been very poorly recently. I was assisted by the fitting room / styling team. They were all absolutely fabulous. They were attentive and interested in us, but thoughtfully balanced that with being very sensitive to my relatives age and condition. They helped us find lots of great clothes that she really liked, but most importantly they made the day absolutely lovely for her. This level of kindness, professionalism, and customer care is what sets J.L apart from other retailers on the high street. Very well done! A really great team and an excellent place to shop and eat.

Went shopping in Welwyn Garden City John Lewis which has a great selection of goods. I always buy my electrical goods at JL as they offer 2 years warranty. We then visited The Place To Eat for some great coffee and cake which was clean and tidy.

Beautifully laid out store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices on certain goods are quite high, but then quality costs in this country.

Yesterday, I visited the Welwyn Garden John Lewis store in the afternoon. While browsing the Women's clothing section and collecting items, my friend and I proceeded to the cashier to pay. Unfortunately, the two cashiers had a very prejudiced behavior towards us. On a positive note, there was one outstanding employee named DEEPANI who was very friendly and treated us with utmost respect. I believe the cashiers could greatly benefit from learning customer interaction skills from DEEPANI. As customers, we expect and deserve respectful treatment from all employees, and the cashier's prejudiced behavior was a disappointing example of the opposite. I hope the store addresses this issue to ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers. Thankyou

I visited with Welwyn store yesterday for a personal stylist appointment. I had the best time with Katherine who nailed it. I left with the wardrobe i've been looking for for ages. Looking forward to seeing her again next season!! Thank you Katherine!!

A big thank you to Abbé Burgess at Children’s Wear Welwyn Garden City. Our appointment for school shoe fitting with Abbé was exceptional; she dedicated considerable time to finding the perfect school shoes for my daughter. Her patience and commitment are truly remarkable, providing outstanding customer service.

We called John Lewis customer services to find out if they had prams on display. The lady I spoke to didn't know and said she will get the store to call me back (upto 2hours wait). Fortunately Oliver called me back within 10mins or less from the store and confirmed everything they had. We immediately left to visit the store.
On arrival we walked around and saw the products. I recognised Olivers voice over the phone so I approached him and asked for some guidance. He did an excellent job in going through all the features and benefits of the two competitive brands. We immediately made our decision. My wife was after a particular colour, but it was not on the JL list, however Oliver went away to find out why and how it could be possible to get it.

I have to really say that Oliver did care and did keep us updated throughout. He knows his stuff and also told us about their consultation baby appointment you can book. I will definitely go back. Also I purchased some jeans on the mens floor, all the team down there were really helpful too. One of the lady with short hair was kind enough to hold my jeans while I went up to the nursery department as they only had one left.

Well, I haven't been here in some time (because the standard of breakfast in The Place to Eat went downhill rapidly after they outsourced the catering...). However, today I got everything I wanted, including one really good bargain in bedding and, while the staffing levels seem to have been reduced slightly, I didn't have to wait long and the staff were their usual super polite, friendly and helpful selves...! Thank you, John Lewis Welwyn!!

Just visited John Lewis for bra fitting. Was served by Anna who was amazing, came away with bras that fit.... I feel a new woman. Can't recommend Anna enough, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. John Lewis has a gem in Anna.

Was delighted my puppy was allowed in the store with us and also that they had a great selection of dog products.

Lovely experience today at the Dior makeup counter. Was helped by a lady called Sammy who was fantastic. I wanted a foundation sample but unfortunately the colour wasn't available. Sammy gave me a mini makeover to show me the right colour for me. Felt really good when I left the store. Thanks Sammy.

Ps: parking is an issue. Not a lot of spaces on the front. but lots of parking near by. Just a few minutes walk
