I have recently bought a gaming laptop from this branch of Currys. I was confused because there were so many options and my budget was limited. Thanks to Brandon, I have a beautiful gaming laptop right now. He is helpful and friendly. I also grateful to him for helping me make decisions. When I need another technological device, I will ask him again. If you are confused and can't decide which product to buy, ask Brandon. He will help you.

People are always too quick to share negative reviews, but today my wife and I visited the Hedge End branch after our new cooker developed a fault, we were seen by Taylor, who was very understanding and professional in how he handled our enquiry, we were showed to the customer service department and handed over to Jake, who was exceptionally professional, I cannot praise your 2 staff members enough.
A credit to your company.
I understand equipment can fail sometimes, and things need to be replaced, This was a really good experience.

Visited the computer help desk. Jake (assisted by Harry) was marvellous and sorted out our problem which was complicated. He was so patient and knowledgeable and extremely kind to us.
Currys has a vast choice of electrical goods with pleasant and helpful staff in hand to assist with technical help and purchases.

Plenty of free parking spaces in front of Currys. It is a massive shop with different electronic products to choose from. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking for as he was able to answer our product queries.

I have visited this store 3 times over the last couple of months for a TV, washing machine and most recently, vacuum cleaner.
Without having clue what to get, each time the staff were very helpful making each trip quick. All good

Got what wanted, the young salesperson helped us in every way, with all this technology , he explained what we had to do and made it easy to understand .

We had a complicated return and Jake who works on returns and repairs was so helpful. He really did take the time to go the extra mile sort out our issue. Thank you so much Jake

I was in last week where Jamie helped me to buy a laptop, anti-virus, wireless mouse and bag for the laptop. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Came in yesterday looking to buy a few things for my PC but needed help deciding on a headset. Brandon was so helpful and showed me a few options within my price range and expertly explained the differences between them. He was very kind and clearly knew what he was talking about. Great service!

I had outstanding service from the assistant called Taylor - thank you.
Went in quite late the other night to buy a lap top, a couple of the assistants pretended that I wasn't there and one said he needed the loo when I asked for help - I was ready to walk out !
However.... along came Taylor who was helpful. knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Once I had paid for my lap top I mentioned that I might come back for an oven, he said he could show me a couple there and then, more great service and I brought an oven and hob a couple of minutes before the shop shut.
It goes to show that one great assistant can make all the difference, I spent nearly £2000 in about half an hour because one person made the effort.
So thanks to Taylor.
and to the others.... learn from this :)
p.s - no I am not his relative or friend and he didn't pay me to say this !!

Super helpful staff with the usual aray of goods.

Been watching the Panasonic 55EZ952 OLED for the last month. Finally come down in price. So went for it. Managed to get an extra few hundred off the set making it a steal. Got it home. What can I say. The picture is amazing. The guy I dealt with in store showed interest in the sale and helped all he could. Great price. great service. All round good experience and has a huge range of items definitely a place to go if you need new electrical products from TV to food mixers.

Went yesterday to purchase a TV. Sam was very very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to know about what ever I asked him but he fell at last hurdle is tv in stock. When he came back it was sorry come back in couple of weeks out of stock and to his credit he didn't try to push us into buying something else we didn't want

We received top notch service from Sammi and Finn when returning a laptop. Their advice and help, meant we left the shop with exactly what we needed. Couldn't recommend enough.

Plenty of staff on hand to assist. Had a couple questions about a new Ipad I was helping a relative purchase, which resulted in 5 different associates all arriving and offering their advice and experience.

A guy named Declan, was very helpful indeed ,over and beyond....
