An excellent experience from purchasing the mattress, communication on progress of delivery, and service on delivery. Don't think you could do other than give us a 10% discount!!!! No complaints at all. Keep up the good work.

We were helped from the moment we entered the shop. Jack was attentive, helpful and informative.
He asked us what we needed and gave us full opportunity to experience the different styles and makes of beds.
Once we had whittled our choice down to a couple he left us to sample and decide. Excellent customer service and understanding, which is something you want and need with an expensive and important purchase.
We've purchased from Bensons a few times in the past and are delighted that their ethos has remained the same and the level of service remains intact. Highly recommend Bensons.

The staff member that helped, was very patient and helpful. He explained products well, describing the differences between them. He listened to what I would like to have, and showed me the products to suit me and my needs. I was made to feel like a valued customer, not just another number through the door.

Came in the other day with my partner and 3 year old and was helped by Jack the customer service was amazing not only was he helping us decide on what the best option would be he also interracted with my little one. He helped us pick out the right bed for our needs and also the mattress. Jacks customer service was taken to the next level showing us what the bed we picked had and even going the extra mile to make my son smile by playing toy story song though the beds speaker system as my son was dressed as woody. I couldn't have asked for a better service will happily recommend to friends and family.

Store has a large variety of stock, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was tidy and clean and parking is available. Pricing is fair and delivery time is just as good.

Salesman was helpful and not at all pushy. When we decided what we wanted, the salesman guided us through the ordering process, organised delivery and gave us a discount. It only took 10 minutes, and we were on our way...

First class service from purchase to delivery. For example, the men removed their footwear without being requested and carried out their duties with the minimum of fuss. They are a credit to you and I hope you are paying them well!
