Haven't been in Iceland in years. Absolutely loved it. Forgot how much variety they have and the prices are to die for. A big of Southern fried chicken 3 quid you can't argue with the price of that. Absolutely scrumptious. They taste just as good as KFC. Plus all the other fresh stuff as well. Fruit 2 packs of orangeges the luxury one's two for £2.50 what a bargain. Staff Always happy to help as well. What more can you ask for.

A well set out store, with friendly staff.. only down for me forgot to scan my bonus card so lost out, maybe staff should ask if we have a bonus card..

Gluten free raspberry meringue cheesecake. Heaven! Not generally a frozen food person - went in on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised at the range and reasonable prices. Quite a variety of fresh food too.

I have recently shopped in Iceland for the first time and joined the bonus club, my experience of shopping at Iceland has proved very positive. Good food, value for money prices. The frozen King Prawns are juicy and full of flavour. The Yorkshire Cakes are delicious.
The staff are so courteous, cheerful and helpful.
I like being able to do my own shopping and for Iceland to deliver it to my home on the same day. Thank you Iceland.

Nice place to visit

Helpful staff and never overly crowded when I shop. Have plenty of retro ice creams which have been excellent during this prolonged heatwave.

I love this place! It’s right on Eastleigh high street so ideally you need to find a space out side otherwise you might have a bit of a walk! It’s great for slimming world options! They do also have some fresh things not everything is frozen

Having recently spent almost 3 weeks in hospital and with hardly any food in my freezer...I opted for Iceland to replenish it.

I bought about a dozen ready meals, plus other bits and pieces. Well tonight I opened one of meals. They are simply brilliant, easy to cook (under 7m in the microwave) add a little salad or vegetable, open a nice wine and voila...just a shame I'd got no one to impress with my 'cooking' skills😁

Certainly worth the money, but the queues in store at check our, can be VERY slow.

UPDATE: January 2018. AGAIN, for some inexplicable reason I found myself taken ill over the Christmas holiday period. Upon recovery I decided to buy more food from Iceland...plumping...this time for their 'low fat' ready meals. They are probably the best I've ever tasted, great portions, great taste and great value. Highly recommended...for those in a rush (those, like me, who cannot prepare a cooked meal due to disabilities) or just looking for something different.

Frozen Food is really good in price and quality, but need to search for free parking.

Good amount of choice and products at good prices. Pleasant staff on tills.

During difficult times ordered kids treats, crisps, bread and usual buys. Bread came with tomorrow’s date and one thing was wrong. Chris from Eastleigh delivered new bread on his way home after a long shift along with the corrected item. His colleague was very helpful over the phone. I don’t usually shop with Iceland but great customer service deserves to be acknowledged and it felt like they really cared. Thank you Chris and Iceland Eastleigh.

Friendly staff, tidy store had everything I wanted

Excellent service, friendly staff, cashier polite and friendly.

Always ceases to amaze how easy it is to get round the shop and I'm always finding different foods. The staff are also on the most part very helpful as well.

Great, inexpensive choices to fill the freezer up. No direct parking but if you're lucky can bag a space on the main road.
