Lok'nStore Self Storage Hedge End

Very quick and easy to get storage unit. Exceptional customer service and really helpful receptionists. Used external insurance for unit and they didn't push me to take theirs. A good experience.

The ladies at Lok'nStore Hedge End have been fantastic over the last 10ish months for storage for my business. They have always been welcoming, available and there to answer any questions I have/need.
When I needed to increase my storage unit size, again they couldn't be more accommodating, including managing to find the storage unit right next to our current one for ease.
We have only moved due to us finding a business property, but gutted not to have their warm welcoming faces saying hello when I come to collect/drop off equipment.

Staff friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and plenty of different unit sizes to accommodate. Well lit and kept clean. Always trolleys available. Would definitely recommend.

Happy to recommend Lok'n'Store at Hedge End, the staff are great, always happy to help where they can. Like the flexibility of being able to change store unit size at short notice should my needs change. Not 24/7 access but this has never caused me any problems.

The staff at LoknStore are among some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities are very easy to access and have kept my items safe, secure and in good condition. No leaking roofs, birds or bugs. A definite must should you be looking for a storage facility that offers peace of mind.

Debbie was super helpful and even saved me spending more than I had to . we worked out how to best utilise using two boxes . extremely happy as the package arrived in great condition for my buyer . great advice!!

Absolutely lovely staff with great facilities. Alway clean, dry and tidy, all sold with appropriate insurances in a safe environment. Most happy with the service and location. I highly recommend.

I have used many different storage facilities, none of which measure up to the standard of Lok'nStore.
The staff are wonderful and friendly as well as willing to help with anything.
The storage itself is kept clean and tidy. I couldn't ask for more

Had a great stress-free experience here! Wendy was amazing when helping me rent a storage unit and when helping me stop. She took the time to help me find the right size, making sure I wasn't overpaying for a locker I wouldn’t need. And explaining thoroughly what this would entail as this was my first time :) Highly recommend!

I have been using the Hedge End Lok n Store depot for a few yearw now. It's a great facility, nice n dry and airy. Karen, Debbie and Wendy are absolutely fantastic, customer service is second to none and a credit to Lok N Store.

Wendy at the Southampton Hedge End branch is the true Queen of customer service. Nothing is ever a chore for her, always happy to lend a hand or give advice. Do not lose her, she's a credit to your company.
