Got some great paint here to decorate a feature wall. Used Frog tape and some tester pots.

Top shop with amazing colleagues. Darren and Amelia in particular always help out with great service and ideas on any projects that I maybe working on.
Click and collect is really useful and also the delivery service is well priced compared to other local stores.
Next job is my kitchen which I will definitely be buying from here.

I phoned the store ahead of my visit to check availabilty of the item I wanted. Extremely well organised in helping with social distancing and monitoring number of customers instore at any one time. With staff guiding people with advice. I felt reassured on my very quick visit to make my purchase. First time I've been in a shop since the lockdown. Much quiter than I expected. Not planning on going out if I can help it so was impressed with how they are managing this during this worrying time.

No queue at the time of my visits, which tend to be late morning or early afternoon.
Miss most of the trades people and store seems to be slightly quieter

When required staff are always very helpful

Needed an odd piece of wood (laminated chipboard) but was looking for a bargain. I found something unpriced in their clearance area, I spoke with multiple members of staff, each of them very competent and extremely helpful, especially Ruby, who had added the item to the clearance area in the first place, and then reduced the price again. Couldn't be happier with service, much better and friendlier than other DIY shops I could mention.

Very friendly and knowledgeable designer, Chris Browne, has helped us update our bathroom. Our previous designer Lee Miller also still works there. Can highly recommend either of these two lovely guys to design your new kitchen or bathroom 🙂

I went into Wickes today with a friend he was looking to purchase a tap unfortunately they could not provide the brass tap he was looking for but he did settle for the stainless steel variety.
I visited the facilities these were perfectly clean.
The toilet paper wasn't the best but when you gotta go.....
The staff seemed a bit stressed but there were quite a few inconsiderate members of the public demanding the attention with outlandish requests and cluttering up their store.

The team at Wickes were so helpful. I was looking at something i needed ideas with and the guys were great. Also helpful as later on my return i had a twin pram and paint to buy & carry. Much better service than the Hedge end B&Q who were completely disinterested and unhelpful.

Had a meeting with our bathroom designer, Chris. He was really good, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can only hope the rest of the process goes as well. So far so good.

I'm a trade customer here the staff are excellent and very helpful, a new but fairly small branch with a limited range of items available, my only gripe is they don't have a cutting service and am often forced to buy from a more expensive competitor for their cutting service.

Krishan from the Kitchen design team planned a new kitchen for us. His design was really good and he listened to and acted on what we wanted. He is a really nice guy and an absolute credit to his profession, I would thoroughly recommend him.

Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, even willing to help you lift it onto the roof rack.what more could you ask for.

New staff are really helpful. All much younger and more enthusiastic about working there than the others that used to work there. Well ✔ done.
