I must be the one person who hasn't had an issue in there! The guys behind the till always smile and say hello, they have let me owe them money when iv been short.

The 4 stars is only for the fact that some of the nine food products are twice as expensive as everywhere else!

Just to respond to a previous comment- I very much doubt they steal anyone's bikes let alone kids! Bikes are stolen everywhere in Biggleswade hear and St Neots are two of the worst towns for it! They are not going to risk there lively hood for a couple of cruddy old bikes when they have CCTV watching and they drive a nice BMW. If they got violent (which I doubt) it would of been in self defense because that customer was over a couple bikes that were stolen as always outside there shop.

Were they seen leaving the shop while the customer with the bikes was in there and left them on there own? No I doubt it! LOCK YOUR BIKES UP IN FUTURE! blame the shop keeper who was in the shop serving you of nicking them... what BS!

Don't go there if you want to do an Amazon refund through the drop off site. Guy looked clueless and just took my package from me. Should've just done it elsewhere. Haven't had any info from Amazon that they received it.

Very rude young man on the phone all the time. When I was unable to understand what he had said he asked me if so was drunk! Which I was not. Used to use this shop a lot years ago;were very nice people. This arogant young man should be retrained in customer care or replaced.

Avoid at all costs. Royal Mail delivered my parcel but they claim they never had it. Royal mail had confirmation it was delivered. Owner is a liar!

Horrible people don't go there, steel bikes from children!!!! Then try to get violent when you dare to ask for your child's bike back.... shameful!!!

Very rude. Don't take your dry cleaning in there. You have been warned.
