Brilliant shop, Always busy in there, staff are very busy in there as the new park has brought loads of new customers for them but they always manage well! Staff always smiling and really friendly every time i have been, never had an issue going there always get brilliant customer service even when extremely busy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them always really helpful. Definitely recommend this shop if you’re using the park or just in the area.

Amazing shop!!! Loads of stuff there. They offer good brands as well as cheaper versions of certain items which is really helpful! Staff always seem really happy and ready to help. They also often put drinks in the freezer when it’s hot outside so you can grab a nice super cold drink to cool down. Always nice to everyone :)

I found the staff very helpful with them pointing me out numerous items when asked, always making me feel welcome. Overall a great experience...

A handy convenience store with all relevant condiments and essentials available. Parking can be a little tricky on occasion, but luckily for me it is within walking distance.

My wife tried to collect a parcel from here, yet was told the photo proof wasn’t her shop. Clearly it was.
I later went down there. Was given grief straight away, as she had already told my wife it wasn’t there.
Showed her who had signed for it, turned out to be the manager’s signature. This annoyed the staff member even more, saying “it’s not my job to look for parcels”. I think she needs to check her job description, it’s a parcel collection depot.
Such a vile staff member, I shouldn’t have asked her to look for my parcel, I shouldn’t have said it was in the shop, I shouldn’t have said “see I said it was here”. This really annoyed her, causing her to say “it’s my birthday, I shouldn’t be looking for parcels. I don’t want to be here”.
My advice to here, get a job that doesn’t deal with the public.
My advice to everyone out there, stay away from this place.

Customer service is appalling, shop
assistant often outside, sitting on deck chair smoking as customers arrive. Shop Is left unattended and customers aren’t acknowledged on arrival.
On this occasion worker was very confrontational and argumentative towards customer.
