Went for a last minute shop on behalf of my daughter to your Llanelli store , long story short, I lost my car keys!! The care your staff showed me at a somewhat stressful time was quite amazing, eventually found them down the side of the till but this didn't stop the whole staff team helping me, cannot praise you all enough xxxx

A great store with everything for the home, furniture, equipment. I highly recommend. Nice service, affordable prices and you can also drink coffee because there is a cafe upstairs.

Called to pick up a click and collect order. It was very straightforward, and the staff were helpful.

My granddaughter lost her favourite pencil and was really upset one of your staff helped me find an exact replica last one in the store. Thank you so so much didn't catch her name it was the llanelli branch. For her to do that go out of her way for a £1.50 pencil means so much so thank you , you made one little girl very happy x

There's so much variety on offer. The staff are really friendly and professional and go out of their way to help.

The gentleman in the cafe appreciated a little humour and provided an equally appreciated measure of whitt in return. He was also very helpful and brought the drinks to my table without any quams. 😊🙏😊

Lovely store, lovely coffee shop, enjoyed looking around very much and then bought a lamp.

If you can't get it in here then you don't need it, the only bad thing I will say, once again we were let down in the cafe and finished off leaving with nothing. The girls in the cafe are fantastic but too much pressure is put on them during busy periods and they have no back up, Dunelm, get your act together and employ more staff during busy weekends, you are lucky to have such excellent staff don't lose them by overworking them.

Love Dunelm, lots of different things to see and buy. Great prices and always something different.

Got myself some bargains and this fabulous smiley very helpful member of staff modelled an apron for me so I could send the photo to my bosses for them to authorise the purchase. Thank you lovely young lady ❤

lovely staff great choice.

A lovely place to visit. It has just been renovated and now the fabrics are more easily accessible. The ready made curtains and blinds are worth the extra because what you see is what you get. A lovely variety on lots of items and a good customer service counter. I have on a couple if occasions had to take things back, there was no trouble and I could have easily had my money back. But an exchange was all I needed

Easy to shop. Always someone to help if u can't find what u are looking for . A good choice of products and quality is good. Bought a toilet seat with a light on it. Spent all evening going to the toilet to look at the lovely blue light in the toilet bowl. Who knew something like that could be so entertaining??

Always a pleasure to shop here, store is well laid out with beautiful displays with ideas for home, they have a wide range of bedding, blankets, curtains,furniture, ornaments, bathrooms items as well.as arts.and crafts stocks downstairs. They make curtains and blinds to measure. And upstairs they sell a huge range of kitchen ware,crockery, kettles, microwaves, irons, art work, lighting and rugs as well as so much more.
There is a lovely.cafe to have a catch up with plenty of social.distancing in place. They also do click n collect.

My wife and I love Dunelm and often go there just for a coffee in the cafe. The only reason I didn’t mark it as a 5 star is because on numerous occasions we have gone to the cafe and found a lot of the tables full of dirty cups and plates that hadn’t been cleared. The staff here are a bit slow at doing this and it can be off putting. It’s not a problem we have ever encountered at the Swansea equivalent.
This problem has now been sorted, possibly because of a change of staff, and we love coming here, hence I have upgraded this to five stars.
