Please can the man (with gold chain) be trained on how to use the post office till? He was in a rush and scanned both my parcels and said the label is not recognised. I went to another shop and they had no issues scanning the label.

I went into the shop for the first time, as I needed a couple of things, but won't be returning, as there were a number of items out of date. The bacon alone was three days out of date!
