The shop is okay, clean and tidy, they've got their own bakery inside it. The only problem is a way too small car park.

Always really helpful staff. Nothing's too much trouble, plus they actually help you at the checkout unlike their main competitors. Fab fresh bakery. Cheap, good quality food. Money off coupon's each week. Well worth the trip up the A55.

It's Lidl isn't it? Cheapish if you go on the right day. Speedy at checkout and excellent friendly staff. Store clearly laid out. I'd go back.

Very nice store, love the crusty bread rolls.
The store is always clean and tidy.
Customer service is above and beyond. I went in to buy a kids leaf blower for my grandson, unfortunately as this is a small store there isn't large batches of some things.
I asked at the checkout as to whether they may have one in the back. The assistant immediately called for her manager, who not only looked for one he then rang a colleague in another store who lives locally. Surfice to say that I have one happy grandson 😁. Thank you Lidl ❤

Plenty of choice. Polite staff.

Convenient, inexpensive, great fresh pastries, but frozen food section quite small with low stock levels.

Always very friendly staff and attentive service. A lovely little store.

Great location. No self checkout. No restroom, however the cashier was really kind and let me use the staff toilet.

My brother likes to shop here. I usually take him fortnightly and I guarantee, he never comes out of Lidl empty handed. At least 3 large bags full of goodies. Fruit and vegetables are finest quality here. Where I live, is a Lidl Store too. Many friendly, courteous staff to help at hand too.

Nice place for shopping

I love this shop and the quality if what you can buy here is a very good standard. It has the best bakery in town the best bread pastries cakes and savoury items at fabulous prices. If you don't like a greasy donut go to Lidl at 32p for a delicious jam filled doughnut you just cannot go wrong. They also sell Beanie coffee which I love its not actually cheap at £1.99 but it is gorgeous I bought all three flavours available. Staff are limited but work hard and are polite and pleasant. I also buy their muesli and nuts and dried fruits lots of varieties to choose from. They sell lovely luxurious yoghurts just 49p. O could quite happily buy 90% of my shopping here...not meat perhaps!!

I feel safer shopping in Lidl than any other store. No long queues, nice wide aisles, open and airy, no staff reducing the passing space with big trolleys stacking shelves. Calm, cool and well organised. Helpful efficient staff. Great place to shop.

Love my local Aldi, can always rely on them to have some great wines.

I would like to thank the fantastic staff at Lidl Colwyn Bay for the attentive service I had today Saturday 13th June. I was in pain with my back from standing and was brought a chair while which helped immensely by the lovely young girl on the till and a lovely gentleman there offered to help me stand. I applaud the fabulous service I was shown. Thank you all very much x
