Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very big rooms to accommodate the very big bed which was quite comfy. We chose a courtyard view and were lucky to still have a sea view so it felt like we were abroad because of the setting.
The Cove food was absolutely delicious, I'd recommended the battered cod and the beef ragout, so much flavour to both and so filling.
My only niggle would be that for the size of the bathroom, the bath is very narrow and as the spa was being refurbished the bath is the only Zen place to relax in.
We can't wait to stay there again!

A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast and the re-furbished spa very good with excellent facilities (although pool and jacuzzi a bit cold). Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaners did a very efficient job EV charger too expensive (£35 for 24 hours) which was disappointing and seemed unnecessary. Had to use the chargers at Lidl and Tesco during our stay.

Spent a couple of nights in an estuary facing room. Great food and service. Would definitely return. If you’re after a good view of the estuary I’d recommend a room on the first or second floor as ground floor is really a view of a wall when in bed. But that’s being fussy. Very nice hotel

Stunning hotel, reception staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Pool facilities fantastic and very clean and warm, didn't have to edge into the pool, could get straight in and it was perfect. Sauna and steam room and jacuzzi area.
We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant as it wasn't our taste, but we did have a drink there.
Breakfast was delicious, large selection of continental options and a full cooked breakfast.
Rooms were lovely, very clean and spacious and very comfortable bed. View was perfect from both the window and the patio doors with balcony. Well worth paying more for sea view, although the courtyard view is cute too.
Would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely stay at this hotel. My room was very clean, very comfortable and great facilities. It overlooked Conway castle which was really picturesque. Staff were very helpful and the bar and restaurant on site were high quality. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay here for my 50th birthday treat. Gorgeous place and atmosphere, wonderful location waking up to seeing the estuary out of the window, comfortable beds and lovely room. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the only thing that let the restaurant down, not the restaurant's fault but I over heard a few snobby clientele complaining about the smallest things and felt quite sorry for the servers. One complaining quite rudely about an alternative veg on his plate when the menu said he was getting carrots. The staff were so nice that there was no need to be rude. I know it is quite a high end place to stay but the staff are human beings too so if anyone is reading this, please be kind to staff who serve you as they all try their best😊

Have just returned from our stay at the Quay Hotel and Spa. We took our dog in one of the dog friendly rooms on the ground floor, with doors opening out onto a grassed patio with a wooden table and 2 chairs. Meals were set up for us in the Dory Lounge behind reception or we were able to eat in the room. Was very pleased indeed with the stay and would have stayed longer if they’d had availability.

Only complaint is that ground floor rooms have a shared garden view of the estuary. Close your curtains if you want to be naughty!
Food and staff were fantastic.

Visited the bar, hotel located in a great setting with great views. Good service. We ordered the hummus starter although it appeared homemade, the consistency was v like baby food, and too much garlic we didn't enjoy it. The jasmine tea was excellent. I will return, but not for food. Not many vegan options on the menu.

We had an afternoon tea it was pricey somewhere you'd go for a treat. But it was delicious food just perfect cakes scone clotted cream the works. Our waiter engaged and entertained us and it was all charming. Afterwards we sat outside. I think they should put the huge parasols up on a sunny day 😎 some of us prefer the shade. The facilities here are outstanding with high end toiletries beautiful location with a view of the water and Conwy Castle beyond.

Three friends and I stayed here after the three highest peaks challenge. We were worn down to our very last grains of energy. The Quay Hotel was the best choice we could have made. All interactions with the front desk and service teams were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.
We had to change a room to one that had two singles and had forgotten some headphones when we checked out. They were extremely fast in solving this and keeping us informed.
The rooms were very comfortable and we made good use of the pool. Both were very rejuvenating.
The breakfast was great and a special mention to the hash browns because they were that good.

Thank you to the team at Quay! You are the best.

Booked through Secret Escapes so offer was Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Upgraded to a suite and was pleased we did. Very spacious with amazing views over the estuary. The place was spotless. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The courtyard area reception area looked very festive with Christmas decorations. Food in restaurant was very good though £29 for three small slices of lamb seemed a tad overpriced however well cooked! My only other thought was that the showers in the bathrooms were slightly basic compared to the quality of everything else.
Overall, though, a lovely peaceful stay in a great hotel. Will definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful, is located in an amazing part of Wales and the quality of the rooms and food is fantastic. We were part of a large booking and there was a little mix up with my room and I was overcharged on check in (was rectified quickly, but still) - hence 4 stars on the service, but everything else was perfect, so a 5 star rating overall!

Excellent spacious room with balcony overlooking Conwy Estuary. Comfortable bed, cushions for balcony chairs provided in cupboard. It was very hot when we arrived and, after putting the complimentary bottles of water into the mini-fridge/cooler, we discovered later that night that although the fridge unit was belting out heat, the water was no cooler than when we put it in. As a result we turned off the fridge, to reduce the temperature of the room. An upright fan was provided to recirculate & moderate the room temperature.
