Enochs Fish & Chips

Hands down this the best fish & chips near Llandudno. Everything was delicious.. we tried fried cod, the batter was so tasty.. also tried baked cod (in parchment paper); was delicious! Scampi was juicy and yum! Chips and mushy peas as well were superb! We returned again for another lunch to this place. Service is also very warm and courteous. Thank you to all at Enochs!

Hubby wanted fish and chips, so we stopped here based on the reviews. Lovely friendly service, perfectly cooked starters of chunky squid - which was divine - and prawns. Then he had the fish and chips which were as good as you will get in any 5* place. Tasty, fresh and the chips were crispy and soft at the same time. Good amount of food and the tables and floor were CLEAN. Recommend.

This chip shop is definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting the Llandudno area, we only shared a portion of chips and a sausage each and wish we’d had a portion to ourselves now, and the sausage tasted something different to a normal one you would get from chippy, it was stunning and would love to know where they get them from! Must say though I’d tried to call in the place before this visit and couldn’t find anywhere to park, but there’s plenty of little side streets to park in if your in a car

Excellent food, a nice relaxed environment, friendly service and licensed so you can enjoy a nice beer with your meal too.

It's one of my best fish and chips i ever had.... and i had fish and chips mostly from everywhere in the uk.... It's fresh fish... squid was really good...

I visited Enochs for some takeaway Fish and Chips this afternoon. Top marks. Was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Nice and clean. Probably most modern fish and chip shop I have ever visited. The woman who served me, think her name was Emma, is a credit to the business. Food was great, and the portion size was absolutely plenty. Would visit again.

Excellent fish and chips. I had the haddock. Crispy light batter, tasty and moist fish, crunchy chips. 👍

Really good service from luke(I think) with good suggestions and friendliness. Place was nice and cosy especially when visiting wales for the first time. The fish and other dishes were good quality so nothing bad for me to say!

So good! the food was amazing and our server was so friendly! I had the fishcakes and they were very very tasty. our server, Rhiannon, was super friendly, checked in to make sure our food was okay and was generally helpful! the vibe of the place was immaculate and it was very very clean. 10/10 would defo eat there again

Came here based on the reviews, and pleased to say that it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked to order so it was very fresh. The cod was top notch, crispy batter and not mushy like some. Nice chips and fresh tasting mushy peas. Portions were generous. They definitely know how to do good fish and chips.

The best Battered Haddock around it was huge! The Chips were to die for so tasty, cooked to perfection and loads of them too. Mushy peas yummy too.

Delicious fish and chips, fresh fish, crunchy and not too oily, chips were perfect too, most fish and chips are too soft and oily for my liking, but not here. Friendly staff, fast service and the desserts are really good too, which is rare for a fish and chips shop, definitely worth the visit, anything in the menu is delicious.

Two bags of chips. Fresh, crispy and tasty. I was given the option of salt and vinegar at no extra cost, but I chose not to accept the kind offer.

Small, comfortable, with amazing food, and a menu made up of locally-sourced fish, meat, and ice cream, amongst other lovely options. Even their coffee is (although originating in Honduras) roasted locally in Llandudno, and is quite divine.

I love coming here, and I come here often — and usually for the Belgian Waffles, even more than their lovely food!

As I wheelchair user, I find it slightly awkward to manage in here, but I'm a fairly strong and capable active wheeler, so I manage ok. It is (technically) wheelchair accessible, *but* it's difficult to get yourself in and find a suitable section to place yourself within its tight confines. There also is *No* Accessible Toilet.

I recommend it for anyone looking for fantastic fish & chips, seafood, or even your basic Sausages, Mash & Gravy, or Chicken, Chips & Gravy. It's locally sourced and quite filling and comforting... And if you also like some wonderful deserts, you won't do better than this place, they're just amazing!

Great place, although there is limited seating it is very comfortable and the food is honestly definitely worth it! We booked a table before we went so were seated pretty much straight away, it was a busy night so we had to wait a little for our food but when it did come it was cooked to perfection and also for a fish and chips restaurant it had so much choice! We had tried the fish cakes, fish and chips and fish strips. Just to note we visited on 6 March 2020 before the lockdown.

One of our favourite chippys - we drive over from Colwyn Bay to go to Enoch's. Everything tastes fresh and they clearly take loads of pride in what they do. It's so good that there's always a bit of a queue, so pre-ordering online is a good shout (if you can't find the 'order now' button, it's under the cookies pop-up). Would recommend the poutine, and they do vegetarian gravy!

Very enjoyable family meal here, loved that water for the table came in a glass bottle and glasses had ice and lemon. Loved that our fish meals came with lemon and parsley garnish. Our waiter was super attentive and couldn't do more for us. Really fresh food. Loved the decor too.
