Owner is super knowledgeable and all round great guy. He even put up with me playing chords over and over again on every guitar and help guide me to the right one for me. Couldn't recommend enough!! 🤙

Guy was extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all questions in detail and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about guitars. I was allowed to try out one of the electric guitars on an amp. As shown by the man, prices are extremely cheaper here than online. Bought a second hand electric guitar for £200 that was sometimes priced up to £600 on eBay. Overall really great experience!

Ventured to Pembroke looking for a musical gift and struck gold here in bijou Main Street Music. Primarily a guitar based shop with a selection on display, we were delighted with the welcome and our great find. Recommend.

Fantastic Service.
Main Street Music were recommended to us after we'd made a mess of trying to adjust a guitar.
Despite being very busy at the time, George not only corrected all our mistakes but took the time to explain where we'd gone wrong and simple adjustments we could do ourselves.
One of those local companies that actually cares and enjoys what they do.

I picked up an amazing Japanese Slimline Telecaster with TV Jones pickups, and a small Fender practice amp last year. The owner put new strings on, checked the intonation and I left with an amazing setup.

Looking forward to visiting again in September and seeing what's in stock then. I think I need a Gretsch.

Simply the best music shop in Pembrokeshire, if not the UK. Service is exemplary, as is Paul's knowledge. Never sells a guitar to make money, and only ever sells a guitar because its right for the customer. After sales is excellent, and always happy to restring and service. I would never go anywhere else.

I recently acquired a cello from a friend which had no bridge on arrival, so I chanced a message to George on the off-chance he might be able to help me out, and he came through with flying colours! After a couple of messages back and forth about what I needed, we arranged for me to bring the cello in on my day off (also his day off, while the shop was closed!) and he got straight to shaping a beautiful bridge for my sad little bridgeless cello while I went for a walk in the sunshine.
Fantastic attention to detail applied, including giving me tips on how to stop the tuning pegs from slipping, as well as patching up a chip in the paintwork that I stupidly made as I handed the instrument over. Not to mention my previously unplayable cello now sounds awesome! Top tier service, I would and will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic little shop with a very knowledgeable owner. Had all the time in the work to talk to you and wasnt pushy like a lot of other stores. Had all the latest Fenders and some Gretsch, plus a wide range of acoustics.

This shop is the best music shop in Pembrokeshire without a shadow of doubt. I've had three guitars, one bass, two amps and all the accessories you could need. They're all flawless and sound great. The service in this shop is superb and I can't thank Paul enough for it all.

Best Guitar Shop in the South of the UK!!

I visited Paul today looking for a new acoustic guitar. I didn't really know what I was looking for especially after visiting many guitar shops in and around Bristol.

I explained to Paul I would like a solid wood acoustic and I was shown a few different options.

Paul gave me plenty of time to play each one and was on hand to answer any questions.

Paul's approach, honesty and knowledge is superb and I felt at ease 100% of the time.

Paul's shop is welcoming and friendly and such an impression was left that I will continue to shop at Main Street Music even though I live in Bristol!
