Unexpected review -
but couldn’t not let Tesco Prestatyn know how funny, positive and warm Tommy on the Tills was with us, the lady before and I’ll bet the next 10 shoppers.

Made our day, and the charities Tesco supports, Tommy ensured we each had a plastic coin to drop to leave with, followed by a smile on our way out!

Great shopping experience, fresh produce and lots of choice

Full shelves and friendly faces, staff always happy to help when asked

They have an exquisite selections of beautiful chewing gums which really made me happy and jump up and down in excitement. As a aspiring gum connosewer I am one step closer to being a person full of gum wisdom.

I would like to mention one of your lovely staff members ‘Fran’. A very attentive young lady who whilst doing her own jobs, went out of her way to direct me to the soya milk, in store on Tuesday 8th August. I found the item exactly where she directed me too, then to my surprise Fran came to find me at the location to double check that I had found it. I would appreciate if Fran received this acknowledgement to show how much this meant.

Great shop! Lots of products from every category.

We are not from around here as we live in the midlands and went to Tesco today for a few items and were greeted by a young lady by the name of Jackie on the till.
She was very busy with customers waiting as other operators were but she still had the time to speak to us and pass the time of day.

I dont comment very often, but I want to congratulate Tesco on the friendliness of their staff. It is a pleasure to shop in the Prestatyn branch.
Also they have not been too quick to take down the screens, obviously the safety of their staff and customers is very important to them.

Staff are always helpful. A nice range of foods and goods. Parking is easy. Would be nice to see some EV charging but I believe Tesco doesn't own this car park

Good place for a nice pint

Tesco is a brilliant place to shop the food is amazing and very reasonable, the shop is always clean and tidy it is wheelchair friendly with disabled parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful they go the extra mile for you, during lock down the staff worked really hard to make sure that we were able to keep get hand sanitiser and that we wore face coverings, they reminded us to try and keep two meters apart but some customers ignored them, so they announced over the tanoy to remind us of the rules in place. I must say that the staff and management had our best intentions in mind, Tesco Prestatyn is a very very important part of our shopping they look after you 100%.Thank you Tesco Prestatyn.

Clean tidy has everything you need friendly Staff

Very good. First time here popped in while i was at the shopping centre. Didn't have to wait to long, Staff helpful making sure people social are distancing. Thankyou stay safe

Tesco here is a large store with a cafe inside, only been here twice but they do seem to stoke most of what a family will need, nice friendly staff, a large free car park & a good selection of other stores around the complex.

Great store, great prices, brilliant range of food, lovely friendly and helpful staff all signs and covid awareness in place about masks and with sanitising places entrance and exit also around the store aswel lovely clean store

Good sized shop you can get most things here from paper clips to duvets good quality food .
As like most Tesco's they can be over priced on some things but you can't expect anything else really.
Staff are friendly and helpful if you can't find something just ask.

Every time I visit the store it is clean and the staff are very friendly. As I have MS my mother gets me the scooter key, and because they know us the staff always have it ready to give to her.
