It was one of the funniest shopping days i have ever had, the young man who helped me made me laugh and helped me to get things from the shelves as im disabled. That worker made my day. The other staff was just as nice

Great shop with some fantastic bargains. Big carpark & surround by many other great shops.

Not really a discount store anymore. There's a decent selection of certain cheap products but the quality has drastically dropped.

Prices have gone up in general here and you either end up with less quantity or less quality and it just isn't the same, so not as many savings to be honest.

Everything cheap and cheerful. Some great buys and bargains. Worth a visit I bet you won't come out empty handed.

Layout has been rearranged to now include cool shelves and freezers for food. Plus a limited display of clothing for men, women and children. Always good value although not everything is £1. Lol.

I give this a five out of five. There was one male assistant looking after all the self serve paying machines and it was very busy. He was quick to help everyone. And he was so polite and happy. Lovely man. Poundland should hang onto him he is an asset to the company.

I was shopping in poundland this morning about 11am 1.11.22. I was at the self service we're I fainted. 2 loverly ladies help me. I would just like to say thank you. 1 was Shirley sorry can't remember the other..hope they get recognition. Xx

As a visitor to the area. The shop was well stocked, well staffed and very clean and tidy it was busy but not so it triggered any anxiety and this was at the end of the school day.
I wish I lived nearby not over 240 miles away.

Apart from getting home and a small item not working properly, i found staff helpful and friendly. The minor hicup didn't spoil my visit. It's still quite cheap for alot of items. My go 2 is the one jn Prestatyn as not keen on Rhyl town centre!!

Good selection of bargains as you'd expect. Not claustrophobic as other stores (open plan) staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Harry Potter fan staff member was my favourite

Amazing clothes section, got loads of goodies from there and the fresh fruit and veg is top! Great price as always.

I don't know the staff.at least I never... the staff I've had the pleasure to meet have been absolutely beyond accomadating.Theyve given it a lovely want to come back family feel.love and peace.ive l'never' felt the need to comment before.theres a young lady who has the aptitude that spreads.. your company needs to watch her levels of empathy and incorporate it.shes got a soul and its contagious to the other.i promise I don't know her, but she's a massive company asset...I'm completely average(I choose to look below)as Joe public.last time I'll say this"please work really fast and hard to keep her

A visit to Poundland in Prestatyn, is the premier shop for bargains of all types.

Whilst some things (especially tools) are not the quality, of leading brands due to price.. Most do get the job done, for only a fraction of the cost!

All this as well as cd's, dvd's duracell batteries, razors, deodourants, gardening accessories, and some great leading brands of biscuits and chocolates all under one roof, are to mention just a small fraction of their ever changing vast stock.

The store is always immaculately presented, and shelves are permanently kept well stocked up, by a team of very hard working staff.

Staff are very pleasant, and usually keen to help, but there is one unsung exceptionally dedicated member, who always greets you with an enthusiastic smile, and if she can.. Will ALWAYS go the extra mile to ensure that customers get the very best of care.

Her name is Gemma, and she is a credit to this wonderful store, and a VERY valuable leading team member whom in my unbiased opinion should be promoted to a supervisor or placed upon a managerial course, at 1st notice, due to her unstoppable keenness and dedication to get things done the way they should be.

She is an absolute credit to this amazing store or to anyone who is fortunate enough to be served by her, or need help within this usually very bustling bargain store.

In conclusion, this store gets a 10/10 & definately on my agenda for many more years of happy shopping.

Hope your experience, is as happy as mine because this store is at the very top of my list!

Went today, Feb 19th, and the staff at the door and by the tills were excellent. They were very helpful and very polite and friendly. A breath of fresh air! Thank you!

Well worth a visit to Prestatyn Poundland. Well stocked. A bigger variety of goods than any Poundland we have been in. Manager was spot on . Could tell his staff were well trained in customer service ☺
