Aaron upstairs in fridges/cookers was absolutely superb. Amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to help me and my mum with sizes for our oven that we weren’t sure on.

Went in to look for large televisions, and the customer service was great from Andrew, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and understood what we liked and what device would beat suit us. Would recommend to anyone who knows a little or a lot about televisions, great customer service!

Yes in one week my fridge freezer and cooker broke. They greated me when I went into shop. Was helpful on both occasions. 👍👍

Very good, lots of products to view, came out with a 32" tv for £139! Quite amazing!
We've only got 6 TVs so another one won't be a problem, a bit like dogs really!!

I recently went into Currys Llandudno to purchase a laptop for my eldest and either an Xbox or Nintendo for my other children. I was served by Blake who was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained everything in a way that I understood and had a lovely manner. His manager Ryan was also very friendly, polite and helpful and set up my laptop ready to go.

Needed a new i-pad. Got good advice and having chosen was given help in paying etc. Then I was given help in transferring everything from my old tablet on to the new one. They had a lot of patience with me as I am not very technical, and we also had a bit of banter. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you all who helped me.

Very helpful staff. Ordered hob and integral oven, have had fitted, great service, gentlemen did a good job thank you. Also purchased monitor, delivered on date advised. Great service, thank you Currys to you and your staff and workers who are a credit to you.

Knew what I wanted, managed to get a friendly and helpful member of staff. Bought what I wanted without any fuss, staff member was quick and efficient. Warehouse staff polite and helpful in placing the product inside the boot of my car. This is how it should be and why I didn't go to my nearest Currys PC World in Chester (awful customer service there)

I visited this store to pick up an upgrade to my existing phone contract. The staff here were very welcoming and guided me through the whole process very easily. Would easily visit again if I had any further questions in regards to my contract. Overall I'm a happy bunny 🐰

Chris was extremely helpful in helping me look around for a tablet for uni, despite being a specialist in TVs and himself being only 1 of 2 staff downstairs. 100% honest with me about pros and cons of different items and policies, and thought his service was excellent in making a decision. Will probably buy the tablet from Currys soon, and will definitely go back in the future 👍

After a draining experience trying to get my faulty surface laptop fixed over the course of a couple months, back and forth between the Rhyl store and the unsuccessful attempts with Microsoft, I am really pleased with how attentive and helpful the Llandudno team have been. Poor guys were completely dedicated for over an hour trying to get my service request booked with Microsoft but did not stop until this was completed. Friendly advice and went above and beyond for me. Although I live in Rhyl, Llandudno will always now be my go to store.
