Claire Howard is a thief and a liar. I purchased from her last year, but am yet to receive my items and she refuses to issue a refund.

She took months to ship and then instructed the shipping company to return to her mid-way through the shipping process. When I contacted her with proof that the items were returned to her she gaslit me and claimed she never received them and it’s my fault because I refused delivery (I didn’t - they never reached me) and the tracking information proved that.

Despite that she offered no help or resolution other than offering to reship if I paid again! Throughout the whole process her communications were rude, hostile and very unprofessional.

Despite the fact that I’ve learned the items were resold she still refuses to issue me a refund and has stolen my money.

Do not buy from her!!
