O2 Shop Folkestone

After travelling back from Europe it seemed I had a problem with my iPhone, popped into the store and was welcomed by Luke the salesperson. Luke is an absolute gem , he was a bit puzzled at first but then he realised it was my VPN that was causing me problems. Once he got my iPhone working again he advised me and set up the Find my phone app for my 2 kids . Thank you Luke !!

We upgraded to new Sims the staff helped us to set up our phones as we did not have a clue. We did return as we thought we had problems but our local phone mast has a fault. We were helped by a total of 4 of the staff members. All were knowledgeable and we never felt we were being a nuisance.

The last two phones I bought from the 02 shop in Folkestone were set up for me by the very helpful and patient staff in the shop. I will be going there again within the next couple of weeks to buy my next phone.

After a couple of 4 star ratings in the last few years........... I was so happy with the staff in there after I upgraded to a new device.

The new phone had an issue and right there and then, it was replaced for new!

Love the guys in this place. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. At no point did I feel pressured in to a sale and were happy to spend the time to make me aware of alternate products. Store was spotless which is more than I can say for other stores in the area. Recommended if you are an O2 customer.

My local 02 shop plenty of staff who are only to happy to help you with your enquiries it can get very busy so expect a slight delay some days as it cannot be helped and they will get to serve you asap

The staff here are extremely helpful and nine times out of ten they solve my query.
