I have used the post office at the back of the store for years, and the staff are amazing and working in very difficult conditions with no natural light or air at the back of the store. They are constantly having to deal with unreasonable members of the public and do so with courtesy and efficiency. The WHSmith staff are very helpful too.
The public should be much kinder and appreciative of the work these guys do.

Always quite when i go in for post office side but friendly staff

Staff in this branch are always friendly and helpful. The store has the usual items found in all stores.
There is a post office within the store at the back. It can get very busy and quesues are not managed well.

Good selection of everything. Dislike the Post Office area as the queues are very long.and it is quite hot in there. Shop area well laid out.

Both WHSmith and the Post Office staff are amazing, always very helpful and polite, very efficient service. Just expect Post Office ques, at certain times 😊
