Opportunistic cheats! I went to the store during the last cold snap before Christmas 2022, spotted a sled (last piece) sold to me at £19.99 (£16 at Argos). Thy didn’t tell me the sled was missing brakes! They sold me a defective piece at a premium!

We are appalled by the assumptions made from the staff In this store, me and my friend were wrongfully accused of stealing items, we were manhandled such as being grabbed but the arm several times, being pushed, and our bags being snatched out of our hands. We were also spoke to in a rude tone. They illegally went through our possessions including our phones money and items that we have already bought, and claimed other items (already purchased) was from there store. We will not be going back and will be spreading the awareness of this inconvenience.
