Had an issue with the Greek coffee I've bought on around 30th June 2023 for £3.76. Opened it and tried a cuppa coffee and had to go back on next day for exchange, as the coffee was tasting disgusting, because it was probably off or terrible quality, even though it's within BB date. Wasn't allowed to exchange it for Lavazza coffee and pay extra.
My money is wasted and the sales lady at check out was trying to implicate me in a crime, by dictating to me what she was reading from the checkout counter or her phone, as I entered the store from my bicycle, that "you stole our phone, please stop, we have CCTV and will call the police". As I have then just entered the store, a man was walking out. So I've asked the sales lady, what happened. She said that someone stole a man's phone and that man who's phone it was has just exited the store. I said well I hope it goes ok and you get the phone back. Then I've finished buying the coffee and went home to try the coffee which I then wanted to exchange on next day for a good quality coffee.
Not only the coffee was terrible, I got ripped off money and attempted implication or incrimination of me by sales person.
To whom this may concern, I have bought my phone some time before this shopping experience and have proof and witnesses of me purchasing my phone prior. I have also called the Police after unsuccessful return to the store, whilst I was standing in the shop, and as the sales lady asked, I let her talk to the police on my phone.
