The Primark store in Maidstone offers a fantastic selection for family shopping, combining affordability with a well-planned store layout that adds a touch of elegance.

Can see why they one of the leading retailer specializing in the sale of clothing, accessories and footwear. Thai branch is on the high street, which helps as you do not want to be going out your way to find them. They are a few fast food restaurants near but to treat yourself after working your brain to choice some of the items on sale rather than the whole shop. That's not healthy for your back balance. They have a select range of products to entice you in and they cover a range of departments, to your trip is worth while in the long run. Simple to follow floor plans and staff are always, tidying up to make the store presentable.

I visited Primark in Maidstone and, while it may not be as stocked as the one in Chatham, the staff were impressively friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the carefree attitude of some customers, tossing items on the floor and even stepping on them, adds extra work for the already busy staff. Despite this, the positive interactions with the staff made the shopping experience enjoyable.

I normally try to avoid Maidstone as much as I possibly can as it is such an unfortunate place, yet I was forced to go due to my ugly mother in law. On a crisp Wednesday morning I suggested a brief visit to primark as I had never been to the one in Maidstone. I can say the store is very basic and didn't satisfy my very fashionable taste.
I guess you may be wondering why I gave this store 5 stars. Well because of the customer service. There was this lovely innocent blonde blue eyed angel who I believe was blessed with the supple name of Honey. She was bright, bubbly and reminded me of myself when I was a bustling teenager filled with hopes and dreams. Not many retail workers are as accommodating as this girl. Nonetheless Maidstone Primark is the shop to go if you want to be transported back in time. Lets just say it was a trip down memory lane. *winky face*

From the clothing side of things i was also successful managing to shop Goofy a Disney character rarely seen who i have always loved!

A fair quality, inexpensive clothes shop mainly populated with female shoppers. Meagre range of men's clothing compared to women's or even children's sections.
Sign of the times, clothes sizes, what used to be medium is now an oversized small.
Must comment on the helpful store assistant helping me find an item.

A giant, multi-floor shop with quality clothing for cheap prices. I love shopping here for all of my clothes, accessories and other random bits and bobs. They're constantly updating their range and have something for everyone, absolutely recommend coming here if you wanna shop without spending too much. Be careful though, it gets pretty addicting!

Still at a reasonable price and with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love this branch. However as it is so large I am surprised it does not have a public toilet.
