B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Not a bad shop but about half the stuff on the shelves hasn't got prices on them. It's the same in a few other B&M's I've been in.

Massive shop full of bargains downside longs queues at the under staffed check
Outs but moved quite quickly will visit again only problem you can't take your shopping trolley up stairs as no lifts or ramps

Quite a big store prob the biggest in hertfordshire,
Its 2 floors and the range of goods seam to be a lot more than other b&m stores,
Big carpark as there is a tesco super store next to b&m

Massive store with all sorts at cheap prices. Only downside is the sparsly stocked garden centre which doesn't have much at all.

This store is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need. Branded items like cereal, chocolate and cleaning products are much cheaper than in the supermarket and their furniture is such a bargain. My husband and I were looking for a dining set we’d seen online but couldn’t find it, so we asked a member of staff (Vikatesh?) who was very helpful and went and got it from the warehouse for us. I particularly like the home decor aisles and have saved a massive amount of money by shopping here.

Cheap, fun and you’ll end up buying more than you actually need (This is a good thing).

Brilliant place for all your home needs and some neat gifts for Christmas

Great variety of products. Staff are friendly- one man (didn't catch his name) helped me to carry a large and heavy bag out to the car.

B&M is always my favourite place to go.. no matter a reason, you can literally find everything you need. Home, garden, kitchen, children section wide range of products. Simply love it.

Asked a question regards woodchip and a lady I'm assuming was management by the smart way she was dressed and professional manner went out of her way to help, she was friendly, chatty and took us to the product and then arranged a young man to take goods to checkout and load it into car, well done B&M very impressed, would visit again

Great store, full of things you never knew you wanted... Nice garden items at competitive prices. Friendly staff too.

Wide variety of products to choose from, but not lots of staff around

Absolutely huge store! Whatever your looking for ...you will find it here, im certain! They have good prices and every inch of the store is filled with products. Often there are ques at checkouts , i have had this issue with other B&M stores also, so it not a localised problem..not sure what it is but thats the only negative for me, aside from that a brilliant experience. Oh and they do some bargain clearance items also 😉

This is my favorite place to shop when I'm visiting the UK.

Although the lifts to the 1st floor were not working I enjoyed my shopping at B &M. I couldn't take my trolley upstairs so I'd get whatever stuff I needed upstairs then take them down to the trolley. They've got beautiful reasonably priced goods from bedding, kitchen equipment, electricals etc. I'll definitely go back again and again.

It's b&m what can I say, it has everything you didn't know you needed, great availability and shop is tidy

At last! (Very rare in here) a guy walked past me and noticed I was struggling with my items. Opened up a till for me to stop me falling over. On the ball and love it. The only other helpful member of staff in here in a lovely lady called Miranda. The couple of times I've seen her in there she's always been happy to help. Makes a huge difference when you pop in and have a wheelchair user or two with you.

How can you not love B and M! This is next to a tesco and petrol station, next costa and pets at home, with ample parking. It's a large store so often find what I went for.

Nice place to buy home appliances and grocery

Great shop although could have done more with their garden section and their isles are often plagued with half boxes of stock but no one around clearing them or stacking the shelves. When it was Homebase it had continuous issues with it's very small lift. These issues haven't changed, lifts often breaks down which leaves anyone in a wheelchair unable to visit the upstairs section. Very good addition to Hatfield just need to clean up and make all the store readily available to everyone by sorting out the lift. 🙂
