Asda Hatfield Superstore

Big thank you to Charlie at Hatfield Asda, click and collect. What a great guy and a real credit to the store. Friendly, kind, patient and helped me so much this evening as it was my first time using click and collect and I didn't find it easy, long story but i will know next time. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Thanks.

Had a problem with a neverstick saucepan purchased from Hatfield store, which would not work with my induction hob, despite the documentation saying it was induction compatible
On line ASDA "help" pretty useless, just referring me back to the store, as I had no receipt despite paying for it on my Asda card
Tracie at the in-store desk could not have been helpful
As well as having a lovely sunny disposition, she took my details promising to go back through their records and find the sale.
Sure enough, rang me in a couple of days saying found the sale and to bring the pan back for a refund
Tracie was not on duty when I did return, and I did not get such a cheerful staff member, but still refunded

Asda is a big store located across UK, with everything under one roof at a decent price.

You want kitchen wares, toiletries, fresh vegetables, fruits, seasonings, drinks, cosmetics, frozen food, clothings, stationery etc, just pop in with your money.😂

You will find everything you need, items are well displayed with sign posts to lead you to all the sections. No struggle at all.

You can do a self service with card or cash or pay at the till assisted.

Polite staff.

Clean store.

I strongly recommend.

Lots of cars parked but still room for more ASDA have disabled carts for the shop the disabled WC is ok for a large electric wheelchair alongside baby changing, cafe on the 1st floor if you fancy something cooked for you or a quick snack an a cup of something hot not a problem. Also very close to town centre that's full of shops last but not least there is an unmanned fuel station, self fill but payment is ⚠CARD ONLY ⚠ no cashier thank you.

A shout out to staff in Asda Hatfield I was in there earlier and asked 5 staff different things. Each one of them went out of their way to help me and other customers too. They were all friendly and welcoming including on the self service tils/ security/ shop floor. Their jobs were all busy ..

I had my groceries delivered today. The delivery driver was Rumel - I found him to be such a lovely, kind considerate gentleman. He apologised for the undue delay and helped me pack my groceries in my bags at just the right weight for easy carrying. He was lovely and is a true star and asset to your Company. Please thank him for me

Nice & bright atmosphere but the store could do with being updated to be more modern instead of looking like a supermarket out of the 80's.

A Walmart style supermarket selling both foods and clothes. Products are cheaper than most places in London. A lot of varieties to choose. Very busy and crowded. Can spend several hours here to choose and buy. Very convenient to he accessed by bus. A large open carpark provided.

If Yuo have a darty car need to wash asda have this facility,

Inside Hatfield asda you will have Mcdonald, which is no tension for food,

Good place to do your weekly shop for an affordable price

The only place I love to buy my groceries. It has almost everything, you don’t need to go everywhere else. Product quality is undoubtedly great. I would say the cheap nd best superstore.

First time in this Store. Very spacious, clean & well stocked. I have to mention Caroline the lady who served me at the checkout She was very professional, so welcoming and friendly. I think she deserves 5 Stars ⭐ What an asset this lady is to your Store!!

They have good fresh products and are very affordable.

Cheap and best vegetables. Friendly staffs, well organised store. Suitable for all state people.

Lovely place to spend time and shopping

Has wheelchair access..can get extremely busy at times especially when students come back after holidays in Sept,good for bargains. Nice range of George clothing. Has public toilets with disabled toilets,with wheelchair access.
They tend to re-stock shelves at nte so shelves can become quite empty at busy times.

This is one of the larger branches of Asda with a large carpark including a pay at the pump only fuel station. The store is well stocked, clean and well managed. The old great value Asda cafe has been replaced by a small McDonalds but it still appears quite popular.

Asda is a great place to shop. They have a good selection of most things. I did look online for a specific item that Asda had the best price on, so a quick trip to them and they were soon in my basket. How can you fault a simple system like that. The Hatfield branch is my nearest and I can get on a bus near my flat and be there in half an hour! Perfect for me!!!
