I had a lovely chat with the cashier. I pointed out that by law every shop is required to charge for plastic bags. This is to encourage people bringing their own bags and reduce the use of single-use plastic. She said she will pass it on to the manager. I am looking forward to see this shop becoming an example for others to follow so Newham becomes a better and cleaner borough and photos like this become rare.

In a nutshell, one's can get Everything's under one roof....

I was a regular customer. However, recently bought some chicken, and all were expired. I came home and once opened the bag, an unbearable smell came from the chicken. What makes me angry, that the person who cut the chicken definitely knew they were expired, as you can see and smell them, he still cut them and packed them for me.

Be careful to shop with them. They always take extra charge at till, if you don’t check your receipt that means they are gaining more money than you shop. They charge you twice some items intentionally. It’s happened with me more than once. Be aware if you shop with them and check your receipt carefully, not deserved any star at all.
