Good shop

Please beware. The old gentleman at the till gave me £10 less change. After I challenged him on it he apologised and gave me the £10 back. As soon as I got home I took the toys out of the bag and noticed on the label one of them was £3.99. The gentleman charged me £4.99 for it. The toy was not working and I decided to take it back. Another gentleman at the till fixed it for me eventhough initially he said it was my fault because I broke a cable when inserting the batteries....really?
Anyhow he fixed it and I mentioned to him I was overcharged for the item and he said that it cost £4.99 making me a liar. Which I really am not and would have not complained just for that £1 if the item would have actually worked.
Would not go back because they are not trustworthy or willing to actually exchange an item.
