Great offer price, good performance too. Went on holiday to India for a week in Bangalore, and thought that the promised plan inclusive India free calls and 4G didn't work at first (in airport), but switched on allow data roaming setting and hey presto it worked flawlessly all week with Vi India as provider. No other changes needed to default Lebara settings. Top marks!

Able to chat with a helpful real person (Durgesh) to resolve a slightly complicated problem. Common sense and some flexibility was exercised, which is what good customer service is about.

Great initial experience with Lebara! Royal Mail failed to deliver my sim, Lebara sent another but then the first sim arrived (now deactivated). Web chat agent Sanyogita was incredibly helpful and got this sorted on the spot 👍👍

I had inadvertently paid for three plans while changing from I’ve to the next. I received excellent customer service from Aniket who understood what I needed and patiently explained how he was cancelling the plan I didn’t need and activating the one I do need.

I don't know where else you can get a deal like this. I have been with Lebara almost 2 years now. The offer I got was only available via Uswitch, the first 12 months just £2.96 per month after that it rose to £5.96.
