The staff are very helpful.And prices on food are cheap big variety of frozen products. I bought crates of chickpeas and kidney beans plus had other groceries I couldn't take it to my car so one of the staff members took the trolly to my car and he helped me unload absolutely a star.

If you live in East London (or surrounding areas) and you don't know how to make your own south-asian style curry powder, you get this. It's the closest thing to an authentic curry powder, with all the ingredients mixed in it.

I walked in the store today. There was a specific Masala powder I needed. The staff knew exactly what I wanted when I explained, and he directed me to it. Bravo Bharat!

One of my favourite places to buy groceries; huge store with a wide range of Indian/Asian goods, from sauces to spices to fresh goods and tea snacks. A treasure-trove of delights, requires some serious discipline to avoid buying everything!

A lot of indian groceries available.They also sell fresh vegetables and sweets. Nearest underground tube is Upton park.

Always has a variety of Asian food to offer. Never low on stock and very friendly staff. There is a carpark around the corner but is always full. Be prepared to wait!

Has all the Asian groceries that one needs....reasonably priced goods. Can get very busy but checkout staff are pretty quick much faster than your supermarket checkouts
