I had a fantastic experience at Francis DIY! They have an impressive range of products for a local shop, I purchased anti-mold silicone at a great price. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well. The gentleman who assisted me not only provided a detailed explanation of how to use the product but also demonstrated it effectively. Thanks to his guidance, I achieved fantastic results, better than I had expected! Thank you for all the help, I highly recommend this shop for its great selection, friendly service, and expertise!

Best hardware and generally useful stuff store in Bath! Lovely friendly staff, helpful advice and sells everything from one individual screw to cleaning products, light bulbs and SERIOUS fireworks! Also Christmas lights, cooking utensils and they even cut keys!

Places like this need to be used , I used to deliver Gas to this company back in the late 2000's , the service is fantastic and the selection of items for all needs is vast.
Random...but I needed a specific type of needle and within minutes i had been walked to the area where they could be and we found what i needed along with a few laughs. Thanks guys.

I thought shops like this were a thing of the past, it's a hardware emporium!! Amazing range in such a small space and reasonable prices too! To top it off staff were really friendly and helpful, in fact the chap behind the till let me borrow a tool that they didn't stock but he happened to have his own there! Really helped me out of a jam!

A good old fashioned hardware store, it has everything a big box store doesn't, like atmosphere, stock you can reach, more like stock bulging from the aisles, unbelievable knowledge of, well, I have yet to pose a question they couldn't answer, which is important for someone like me, as I am clearly from a different planet. These guys rock

This is not just the best hardware shop in Oldfield Park. This is not just best hardware shop in Bath. This is not just the best hardware shop in Somerset, or England, or the UK. This is the best hardware shop on planet earth. This hardware shop should be in the top ten things to do in Bath on Tripadvisor. I am not saying it should be #1, but certainly between 3-5. If I was another hardware shop I would want to bang this hardware shop in the hopes that some of its greatness would rub off on my hardware shop. This is the first and only hardware shop that should have a Michelin star. If this hardware shop were a person, it would be Winston Churchill. Steady, clam, reliable, and always there when you need it to usher you through the darkness of any DIY project. There may be other hardware shops in the area but when you strike gold, like in California on the 24th of January 1848, there is no substitute. This is pure 24k GOLD.

These guys are the best hardware shop ever. This week they delivered at no extra costs a load of compost for me. The team are always so helpful. They were well deserved finalists in the Bath Life Awards, I remain surprised that they didn’t win hands down.

Really excellent hardware shop with an amazingly extensive stock of DIY tools, materials etc and of household items such as cleaning products, saucepans, containers and such like. Very helpful staff. Whatever I want they always seem to have it.

Fantastic DIY store. Simon, Graham, Craig and the team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Why go to the soleless chain stores, when everything you want is available here at a great price. Been using for years and bought some amazing fireworks today, Simon advised me, and the family were delighted. Can't recommend highly enough.

If there were more than 5 stars this is the store. Its a stand out shop that sells everything and if they don't have a particular type of helicopter in stock they will apologise and get one or say how you get one. Do.not buy online ...but here. Ask for any manager of sales include Graham.

Such a great Aladdins cave,it has always had everything I needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a light system on the entrance to control how many people are in the store which is really a good idea and kelps everyone safe.

Had failed at 3 other stores to get what I needed, but Francis DIY came up trumps. Parked right outside and the man who helped me was smiley and helpful. Thank you!
