Co-op Food - Wellsway - Bath

Good store and good products! Not much else to say! Co op prices slightly higher but then expect that with a convenience store.

Nice local coop with a variety of items, helpful staff, open until late, I have no complaints

small but with the useful products you need from a local store

Really good local co op always pop in for a quick snack or drink if I'm in the area

Nice enough place and staff but terrible and fluctuating stock levels make it pot luck what you can actually purchase

Small but has essentials

Spacious good staff service but did not have the James bacon organic flour organic broccoli beans celery or watercress also no doenuts or pointed red peppers.
So I did fair a little better at the sainsbury in central Bath but more people and some not social distancing.

Very rude staff. Most act like it's inconvenient serve you at the til, one woman particularly thinks it appropriate to be on the phone to her friends when working / serving customers, I've seen this multiple times from her. Whilst supposedly doing her job she'll literally blank customers like you don't exist, if you ask for an item she won't respond, she just hands you the item like you're a small child, continuing her deep meaningful conversation and loudly gossiping / giggling on her call. If she is on the til she'll only point at the price when it's time to pay lol and thats as much interaction you'll get from her. She should be sacked on the spot.

Otherwise it's just an ok shop if you only need a few basics and ideally use the self checkout (to avoid any interaction with the terrible staff)

The counter seems almost never staffed so unless you are paying self-checkout you have to search around the store for a member of staff to serve you. Better to go a bit further up the road to Tesco.
