Screwfix St Albans - Hatfield Road

I recently visited Screwfix, and it was a different kind of shopping experience for me. I usually shop at places like, where I have to find products on my own. At Screwfix, however, I liked the fact that you can simply tell them what you're looking for, and they'll find it for you. This was amazing and made it very easy for me to get the right product I needed. Unfortunately, the specific product I was looking for was not available, but the staff tried their best to assist me. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're not a handy person and need help fixing things on your own.

Had an outstanding experience at Screwfix, thanks to Assistant Manager Mr. Lewis at the St Albans City- Hatfield Road branch. He dealt with a Gift Card issue swiftly and even introduced me to App discount. Lewis was patient, understanding, and made me feel valued throughout. Efficient and customer-focused service that truly impressed.

Unbelievable in the overall efficiency of ordering something online for in-store pickup, getting the text to say it's ready, self-checking in on the stupid terminal thingy on the right, then practically immediately being handed the box of - for instance - 100 12mm nuts and bolts that you only need four of. Outstanding!

They provide really good customer service and products are of good quality as well.
Some products are touched over priced but you do get some cheap products so that makes it pretty even.
