From the moment I ordered the car in August till I picked the Car up on 6th December, Mash phoned every 2 weeks with an update. A day after collection I got a call to see how things were with the car and another call a week later.

All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. We were seen quickly, the environment for discussions was quite comfortable and Mash, our sales executive was courteous, patient with all our questions, never made us feel we were staying too long, and considered any points we made. Arranging a double test drive was quick and painless. There was no pressure applied to get the sale, a big plus point in our view.
