Went in to upgrade my phone and I was served by Cameron who was fantastic in every way! He helped me with anything I needed, the whole transition was very easy and smooth, and he was very kind and benevolent. I no longer have an EE store in my town and I have to drive quite far to come to this one, but with the service Cameron gives, I will happily make that journey each time.

What can I say about this store, the staff went above and beyond, we went in there twice with issues with a phone over heating and signal dropping. And Dan was fantastic he helped in every way possible. I contacted EE as he advised and to be honest the costumer service over the phone was shocking, they sent me a faulty phone and wanted me to go without a phone for 12 days until it can be upgraded. So we decided to add an extra line and cancel and send back the old one online. Never again will we purchase a phone online. We called the store in bury and they were happy to help and we got there a few mins till closing time and they still went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

I had some trouble with my phone ,called in excellent service they advised me to call in at samsung in Norwich ,because I'd get it fixed quicker which suited me ,left my phone with them 24hr later delivered to my door highly recommended ee bury st Edmunds for customer service thank you guys

Spoke to Adam in store today who sorted me out for my new Samsung S21 ultra. Very helpful, chatty and knows what he's talking about. The store was very busy and they kept well to covid-19 guidelines. He deserves a decent flapjack.

So helpful! The man that helped me at this store sorted out an issue that the EE helpline had twice failed to sort out, he was so chilled and unflappable, but also good humoured. This would definitely be my first port of call if I have an issue in future.

Went into shop today to sort out my daughters phone. Having problems with it deleting apps. Family link not working other issues. They couldnt of been more helpful. I was in there for around 20 minutes and the young guy sorted out the phone. I highly recommend this store for the fantastic service i received.

I needed portable wifi. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly with what I needed. I admit I hate going to mobile phone shops but I will go back if needed thanks to their excellent service.

Adam the assistant manager could well be the most helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable EE person I have met in the many years I have been using EE. Wait time great, service great and will be use again

Exeptionally good customer service from this shop in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Usually this shop is so busy but I caught it just right with only a short wait and they sorted out my phone problem very quickly and efficiently

I know it's a busy shop but it's worth the wait....we have 4 contracts with them! I find they work very hard at providing a great service....be patient, they are a million times better than most !!!

I was having technical issues with my account on line and actually went into the shop to leave ee. They couldn't of been more helpful, Alex the manager took his time was in contact with the main office and by the time I left I was in love with ee once again...fabulous branch...would recommend to anyone.

I've been with EE for 10 years and wouldn't think about swapping provider. That being said I also would never phone them if I need anything I always go into this shop as the staff are always extremely helpful and will always go above and beyond to help you.

Best EE store around. Amazing customer service. It's always very busy but the staff always take their time! Would never go anywhere else! 10/10
