Lovely and friendly staff. However, they've been having stock issues for months so unfortunately I've had to go elsewhere each time.

Have had so many bad experiences with this pharmacy. They either don't have the prescription and blame the doctors or technical issues, or when they have they don't have in stick, standard antibiotics not in stock twice now and have to go somewhere else, also how can a chemist not have any Rennie? When I complained the staff have been very rude!

Awful service. Unpleasant on first visit. Part fulfilled prescription when my wife went to collect, no advice on what to do next and in discomfort until I can speak to the doctor tomorrow. It doesn't cost anything to be helpful.

I will not be back to this pharmacy unless I was absolutely desperate. The lady on the counter was extremely rude. Totally not necessary. I normally go to another one but when they didn't have my sons cream I decided to give this place a go. This lady showed me the cream then said in a very rude way I'd have to wait 20mins as there were people in front of me. It was the way she said it to me. I would never talk to anyone like that. Plus I didn't need a prescription made up. Common sense would be to get as many people out of the shop quickly rather than hanging around. It wasn't so much the waiting though it was the way she spoke to me. There is enough hatrred and upset in the world it costs nothing just to be nice

3rd time the pharmacy was unable to provide a basic prescription of antibiotics. Today the system was down so they couldn’t access the electronic prescription, wouldn’t accept the emailed copy I also was sent. Each time we’ve been to collect I’ve been left waiting over an hour because private prescriptions take longer?

Today my mother asked for a box of lateral flow tests - she was refused as she hadn't been online for a 16 digit code - she is 83 and doesn't have access to the Internet- and why should she? Comes to something when I have to post her some that I myself have just walked into a local chemist for and been given without being asked to fiddle about online. Have some thought for people who don't have or want Internet and smart phones!

Everytime I go to this pharmacy to pick up my customers prescription it is very busy and only 1 person serving. Totally disgusting. Also if they have the prescription ready

Your website states that you open at 8am and on the door of the shop it states that you open at 8.30am. However I was there to pick up a much needed prescription at 8.45am and the shop was closed with no sign of anyone inside the shop. I would suggest that your opening times are reviewed and made clear to everyone

Awful..... Used them to dispense medication into blister packs from day 1 had nothink but problems continually chasing medication deliveries. Some Staff unsure what they are doin or saying always short staffed
Finally straw was when too much medication dispensed in trays caused mom to have a reaction from over dosing..... Very worrying very angry 😡

Whoever the lady was serving on the front counter at 4pm was terrible, no compassion,, I had spoken to the doctor 3-4 hours earlier and he sent a prescription over immediately he said to be ready to collect by 4 ,, I went in feeling terrible I had a temp and aches ,, not COVID ,, I went in to collect some antibiotics for a chest infection,, they wasn’t ready and I would have to wait outside in the rain until she put some pill from a big bottle to a small one or even a blister pack which is quicker,, I ask if she could do it quicker and asked why it wasn’t already done ,,, she was rude and had no customer relation skills at all ,, so I left with out pill as I needed to get to bed before I fell down ,, I’m now feeling Terrible and have no pill,, , hope your happy
