Amazing service and very friendly. I ordered a washing machine over the phone which arrived at exactly 10am which was the time given. No hanging around for a 3 hour slot! It wasn't a straight forward install due to my unusual plumbing but they took it all in their stride, tested the machine and explained how it worked. Not only that but when I spotted their pliers, they helped me with a problem I had with something which was stuck in my clarinet!! Fixed it in a jiffy. Wonderful, highly recommended, will use again.
