A full 5-star review because I was looked after so well by Lauren and Emily when I visited the store on a wet Wednesday in Somerset.

The store was immaculately presented and the two young ladies were definitely a credit to the organization.

I will be back.

Great shoe retailer. Tidy, with a very wide variety of products for everyone from every price range. Knowledgeable staff that were able to assist with ordering of products and sizes that aren’t available in store.

Good range of shoes, nice clean store but have to say the customer service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative but special thanks to the young lady who took the time out to collect my shoes from an alternative store in Taunton. So kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend and return to the store for the customer service alone. Thank you

Shoezone was a nice place to visit but to buy certain shoes like men's Kickers Shoes they direct you to their online click and collect orders which is not what I like as I like to try before I buy certain shoes and other shoes are very cheap so not as good as other shoe outlets.

The sales lady was to busy having a conversation with the other member of staff, very unfriendly, no greetings ot acknowledgement. To be honest I felt like telling her to keep the shoes and came our feeling angry.

I have just visited your Bridgwater store to take back a pair of Sketchers that were bought for £84.99 on 21.5.22 that one shoe had gone in an hole on the inside. The shop assistant went to her manager and returned and said it was wear and tear and to be expected, this on a pair of shoes showing little sign of wear anywhere else was unexceptable.
I asked to see the manager and she eventually came and said again it was not a manufacturing fault, she must be very well trained to say that, and was expected on a shoe at less than 31/2 months old, despite there being no wear anywhere else. When i explained if this is the level of service I can expect whilst shopping at Shoezone I would not be shopping there again. To which she replied " that is fine ". Great customer service. The manager would not give me her name when I said I would be contacting customer services.

Staff are very unhelpful and rude. I went into purchase a £60 pair of boots and they had a mark apparently glue but looked more like pencil. They told me rudely that all shoes have to be glued! This was an unexceptable mark in a noticeable place. And was told they could order me another pair but they will probably be the same! (which they shouldn't be!) when I asked if they had any more anywhere local I had a responce of ' well of course not as our store is the only that was so big' as if I was supposed to know that! Left fuming!

I bought a pair of cheap shoes from here today. I can honestly say I’ve never met a more miserable pair of sales assistants. I don’t want to go in again, I came out feeling quite down and had to snap myself out if it. No wonder it was empty!

Poor product and poor customer service. Treated me as a liar when I returned a set of trainers used for one day that failed. It seems cheap but you get what you pay for. AVOID AVOID AVOID
