Shocked to see this place had 3.4 stars! Hands down the cleanest, friendliest and best food ever had from a McDonald’s store. Immaculate floors and clean everywhere. Hot fast food, just like you’d expect McDonald’s to be. Other stores should take note.

It’s very huge and big restaurant. It have so many facilities for every kind of people. Wireless charging area, lift and huge space for enjoying our food.

McDonald's food is very tasty but they really need to get on top of the fact that people do not like Luke warm food, especially the cost of it, so come on McDonald's, let's have our food 🔥🔥 hot, not warm.

I ordered at one of the kiosks but unfortunately did not get a receipt. Staff members Louise and Pheonix managed to retrieve this from the system - excellent service! Food received promptly, too, and made it back to the hotel room in good condition.

Consistently the better of the two restaurants in the area. Friendly staff. Orders generally correct.

Only thing letting the place down is the mass gatherings in carpark of aggressive delivery drivers parking irresponsibly day and night.

Came here late night after a nice evening out. Managed to order a double cheese burger without removing the cheese before remembering I was allergic to milk when the meal came out. I explained my mistake to the worker at the front, who was very understanding and managed to get me another burger, of which I could eat, completely free of charge. Incredible customer service, would come again and forget my allergies 100%.

Was in these area with my job, and I've had a late lunch at this McDonald's.
They provided a nice service and the food was like at all McDonald's restaurant, tasty and they served the food prety fast.

This was the best McDonalds drive through experience I’ve had! This was on the 27/06/23 at approximately 19:15 so ensure the appropriate staff are notified and aware that their hard work is appreciated.

Firstly it was a busy day and there was initially a long queue but it went down fast and the standard of the food (large double big mac meal) was outstanding and took mere minutes to prepare once ordered.
It was also still hot which is a fantastic bonus. Kudos to the kitchen staff.

However, I mainly want to highlight the fantastic customer service I received from the team on the drive through. I was greeted over the intercom by one of the most polite, cordial chaps I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting who went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the full McDonalds experience. Then moving on to the payment window I was met with a gleaming smile from the lady there as well as another at the collection point who were all very, very nice. This is excellent customer service and is really appreciated. I’m sure I speak on behalf of a lot of the customers who have been served by these staff. 10/10, thank you.

forgot the cheese bites but remembered the sauce for them (best bit anyway), driver crashed right outside and took 10 minutes to call the police, so food was cold and crushed, just the way i like it 5/5👍🏻

Quick friendly service, food was hot and fresh!

The staff couldn't do enough for us there was nothing that they couldn't help us with even gave us an extra large portion of fries because it took a while to get our meal to us

Main door not working had to use side door. Other than that all good.

lovely staff, quick and efficient experience. they have a very high demand of orders as it’s a store operating 4 delivery services, drive thru, table service, click and serve and take away, with little staff at times, but each staff member uses their good skills to manage it well making use of their time and trying to make the place run smoothly, if there is longer wait times, they are understood and expected.

Dropped in for lunch for the grandson (we do this on a regular basis). It was busy, and there was a table free, he enjoyed his happy meal as always. Perfect, and the box the toy comes in keeps him happy. It is clean hygienic and service is quick, 10/10.

Best burger I have ever had at a mcdonalds our order was delivered to the table very promptly and was HOT!
staff were brilliant, pleasant and constantly cleaning .

Don’t go to these places very often but on Grandparents duty today so thought we’d give it a go. The place was immaculate as were the staff. For us old timers, there was staff on hand to explain the ordering process and the two floor walkers couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. The food was delivered very quickly and the Grandaughter got colouring books and crayons AND Pokémon cards so she was happy. The whole experience was positive. The chicken meal that I had was really nice and as it has been forever, the coffee is still my favourite and good value. Great value all round.
