Excellent service! Great feedback from the mechanic actually doing the work and a great system is in place to approve work to be carried out. I didn’t feel the need to chase them at any point to determine the progress on the repair work. Will use again.

Excellent service from initial viewing to todays collection. We have used Hyundai Portsmouth for many years to lease our cars. We have always found the service to be exceptional. We made the decision to change and buy rather than lease and were a little unsure on what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for the team when showing us different vehicles and making comparisons to suit our need. Markus in particular was incredibly friendly and helpful, he took time to explain everything clearly which was really appreciated. Special mention to Brett too who was very patient, had such great knowledge when looking at different options and made sure we were completely happy with our choice. Great service all round. Very easy to arrange a text drive via the website and swift response from the local dealer.
Lewis was our sales executive at the showroom who answered all of our initial questions before getting the car for our test drive. He then walked around the car with us, explaining the features even though it was raining, he then got in the vehicle to go through the controls and setup before leaving us to carry out our test drive. On completion, he then thoroughly answered the questions that came up from the drive, even going back out in the rain to physically show us how to address 1 concern.
It has added another car to our list to explore further
