Aldi great on price, quality, wide range of products , Been using for years from a change of supermarket , Staff are friendly, approachable, lots of special items to wonder about , whole selection of wines beers at very good prices, available products, well stocked shelves, Friendly staff, Always enjoy the banter and collect free wooden boxes to carry my food stuffs, I always have banter with the lady with purple hair with her friendly demeanor and other staff I know by face 💜

Aldi have newer self service checkouts , We still need staff assistance on discounted foodstufs, alcohol and other items that need approval ,,Far quicker to use on smaller food shopping trips
Update :
On some evenings the self service check outs are not in operation over management of the ground staff .Tonight this was the case so I enjoyed being served by Aldi male staff. I managed to buy about 8 items at reduced prices
Staff continued to be very helpful on the self service check outs 👍 and staff know when my foot is hurting , help out moreso

Used to shop at Lidi but they then made the mistake of changing their rewards you earn on the app and their shelves were always half full, changed to Aldi and have never looked back, I can get 99% of what I need there wish it was 100 but still not bad, prices are coming down. Only one issue they don't sell the freezer shopping bags which is a shame.

New revamped shop is much better the previous setup of shop. New look makes the shop look posh.. Town center location and no issue for parking...if full just go opposite side retail park for parking. One thing Aldi has to set right is the arrangement of weekly offers where many customers open the items to see and pile one another, which customers dare to do in other shops . after 6.30 you get 75% off on same date items.aldi now does not sell high value electrical items in a closed see thru box at stores. Never ever the items in the store will be arranged neatly...may be bcos of customer behaviour partly...no click and collect at this store.many times the price in the shelf is less than what you see in the receipt..please check .new self service check outs are now installed.

Excellent staff, shame about the self service checkouts

Always great to shop here as food is reasonably priced and always a lot available. However the only annoying occurrence was the cashier was so pushy and asked me to load my shopping quicker. While I was bagging up all my food he asked me to quickly pay! A small but very regular occurrence here, I appreciate it can be busy on the weekends but let us take our damn time and shop at a normal pace?!

Nice and quick staff on the till, very chilled with the disabled kid in front of us. Quite good stock this time, still missing Sourdough BUNS (pre-baked), they only have baguettes.

Awesome place to shop...with extra economical products,not sure about quality,but in this recent expensive situations around quality can be kept aside surely Aldi is a helping people save there pockets or wallets...really great...

Self service tills, game changer!!!

Aldi shopping store is in my opinion very good. There prices also put a smile on your face, the shopping is easy as it caters for all people.

I googled the store to get an idea of how busy the store was. "Not too busy". Ample parking and plenty of tills open (4) so through fairly quickly.
It would've been faster but the woman in front insisted on finding the correct change - she was 2p short so we had to explore alternatives!!!!

Shopping was made easy through the courteous staff at the Bicester Road branch. They were very polite and offered assistance where it was needed. Well done, I definitely would recommend this store for shopping. The only set back is that the store could be bigger as we already have a branch similar in size in the same town. Otherwise lovely for shopping.

Excellent prices for food and many other items at good prices. Getting quicker on the checkouts. Not so good when a lot of staff have pallets full of food in the aisles and big empty boxes aground. Good value for money and free parking.
